Top 10 Ninja Gaming Moments

His name is Tyler Blevins, but you probably know him as Ninja! Welcome to, and today, we’re counting down our picks for the Top 10 Ninja Gaming Moments!

For this list, we’re looking at some of our favorite moments to come from Ninja’s streams and highlight reels.

#10: Calling Inspector Clouseau!
“Fortnite: Battle Royale” (2017)

Some of the funniest “Fortnite” videos are the ones where players are trolling the crap out of each other, and Ninja has quite a few of those! In this video, Ninja has inexplicably disguised himself as a bush when he finds one of the few remaining players in the game. Our sly dog queues up Henry Mancini’s “The Pink Panther” and begins sneaking his way towards his unsuspecting victim. Given how quickly Ninja moves, we can’t help but question how the other player didn’t notice him. Then again, his name isn’t Ninja for nothing!

#9: RIP Headset
“H1Z1” (2018)

We've all had those moments where we become incredibly frustrated when something stupid happens in a game. This is how things like controllers get broken, or in Ninja’s case, a headset. In a game of “H1Z1”, Ninja encounters a squad of enemy players, whips out his shotgun, and starts firing away. Somehow, not a single bullet hits any of them, and his character dies within seconds. This sends Ninja into a bit of a tantrum, hitting his bed and causing his headset to fall to the floor. Careful with the equipment, Ninja! Gotta treat your accessories with care.

#8: Ninja the Sharpshooter
“Halo 5: Guardians” (2015)

It can be hard to comprehend someone’s skills in a game like “Halo”. Seriously, how many people can pull off sniper shots so effortlessly? Well, Ninja, for one, because he’s a freakin’ ninja. In this video, Ninja shows just how deadly he can be in “Halo”. After a few deaths, Ninja gets his hands on a sniper rifle and soon starts no-scoping his foes. Granted, this isn’t one of his best “Halo” matches, but the sniper kills he racks up is satisfying to witness. Should Ninja ever return to “Halo”, we might be away from the servers for quite some time.

#7: Le Big Switcheroo
“PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds” (2017)

When it comes to a game as chaotic as “PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds”, there's a part of your brain that goes into autopilot, which sometimes makes you prone to making mistakes. Ninja would know exactly what we're talking about, as the same thing happened to him in the final moments of a game. In an attempt to confuse the enemy, Ninja throws out a smoke grenade...only it's not a smoke grenade - it's a frag. He winds up killing one of his teammates amidst the chaos, quickly realizing his own folly. Better pay attention to your inventory, kids! The same could happen to you.

#6: An Embarrassing Kill
“Destiny” (2014)

Have you ever had those moments in a game where you accidentally eliminated an enemy player, and it was only because of something stupid? You gotta love those bits, and this is one we can relate to. During a Capture game in “Destiny”, Ninja managed to ambush an enemy player while on his Sparrow. Just as his victim turns around, Ninja rams him into the wall, killing him. From the looks of it, Ninja didn’t even lose a shred of health from that brief fight. Dang, even in a vehicle, his Sneak skill is one hundred!

#5: Intense Killstreaks
“LawBreakers” (2017)

“LawBreakers” may not have set the world on fire, but it did spawn some good highlight reels for the streamers who did play it. Ninja managed to create some pretty intense ones, too! For example, this video showcases a variety of killstreaks Ninja achieved throughout a single match. He may not be incredibly talkative in this one, but you wouldn’t want his concentration to break, would you?

#4: Domination of the New World
“Realm Royale” (2018)

Considering the similarities between “Fortnite” and “Realm Royale,” it would stand to reason that Ninja would probably be just as good at both games. As you would expect, it isn’t long before he’s dominating almost every game of “Realm Royale.” For this game, in particular, Ninja manages to win with an impressive seventeen eliminations. The game has only been in Early Access for a few months, and he’s already conquering it!

#3: Ridin’ Dirty
“Destiny” (2014)

It’s all fun and games until someone starts shooting at you. In this clip, one of Ninja’s squad members is piloting a vehicle while the rest of the team dances on top of it. This quickly turns into one of the most explosive dance parties ever as enemies immediately begin shooting Ninja and the gang. Looks like they got caught ridin’ dirty.

#2: His First Invasion
“Dark Souls” (2011)

If you want to “git gud” at “Dark Souls”, the first thing you’ll want to do is study the material. Apparently, Ninja didn’t get the memo, and he started to panic when the game said, “Dark spirit King Shawsty has invaded”. Despite his best efforts, Ninja takes one hell of a beating before he winds up running away. It gets better! During his cowardly fleeing, the alleged “King Shawsty” fudged up and found himself falling off a bridge, making Ninja the winner of the invasion. This just goes to show that even kings can’t beat ninjas.

#1: Ninja vs. Thanos
“Fortnite: Battle Royale” (2017)

Even for “Fortnite” pros like Ninja, it was incredibly difficult to nab the Infinity Gauntlet. What’s even more difficult is trying to survive while another player is Thanos. In this video, Ninja manages to survive a few encounters with the mad titan while facing off against several other players. Once he finally nabs the gauntlet, Ninja goes freakin’ nuts, ending the match with twenty eliminations. It’s not exactly half of all life in the universe, but pretty impressive.
