Top 10 Celebrities Who Have Admitted to Plastic Surgery

Top 10 Celebrities Who Have Admitted to Plastic Surgery
VOICE OVER: MW
Script written by Spencer Sher

These celebrities aren't afraid to admit that they've had plastic surgery done! For this list, we'll be basing our selections on how much work has been done and how open the celebs in question have been to discussing it. Celebrities who've had surgery for health purposes, such as Ariel Winter, who underwent breast reduction surgery in 2015, will not be considered. Celebs like Iggy Azalea, Tara Reid, Heidi Montag, Jamie Lee Curtis, Kaley Cuoco, Victoria Beckham, Kourtney Kardashian, Kelly Rowland and Victoria Beckham are all included on this list!

#10: Kelly Rowland

Grammy winner Kelly Rowland’s decision to undergo breast enhancement surgery was a long time coming. The Destiny’s Child alum claims she first flirted with the idea of getting a boob job when she was 18, but was convinced to hold off on the procedure by none other than Tina Knowles, Beyoncé’s mom! Knowles’ advice clearly carried some weight with Rowland, as she’d ultimately wait another ten years before going under the knife. The singer went from an A-cup to a B-cup and when asked about it she was more than happy to proclaim, “I love them!”

#9: Kourtney Kardashian

In 2010, model, socialite and reality TV personality Kourtney Kardashian revealed that she got breast implants when she was younger. Of course it’s hardly a secret, as it takes but one look at a picture of her from her younger days to realize something changed quite drastically. In fact, the eldest Kardashian sister claims she isn’t afraid to discuss her plastic surgery for that exact reason. While she has expressed regret about choosing to have the procedure at such a young age, she has yet to have her implants removed.

#8:Victoria Beckham

The Untold Story of Victoria Monét

Posh Spice made headlines in 2016 when she spoke candidly about her decision to undergo multiple breast surgeries. In a letter to her 18-year-old self published in British Vogue, the former pop star wrote “don’t mess with your boobs” and chastised herself for denying having received plastic surgery, chalking it up to “insecurity”. Despite the fact that she seems to regret having undergone breast surgeries, Beckham has never had a problem flaunting her assets on the red carpet. And to be honest, if we looked half as good as her we would too!

#7:Kaley Cuoco

This sitcom star has been a mainstay on the small screen for years. From “8 Simple Rules” to “The Big Bang Theory,” Cuoco has had an extremely successful career in the entertainment business. But did you know she has also had some work done? That’s right! When she was just 18, Cuoco got breast implants and later underwent a procedure on her nose to correct a sinus issue. She’s never had a problem opening up about her elective procedures, and when asked about her decision to get breast implants she quipped, “I’m super happy. I would do it again in a heartbeat.” We’re convinced!

#6: Iggy Azalea

Australian rapper Iggy Azalea is extremely forthcoming about her experiences with plastic surgery. In 2015 interviews with Vogue and Seventeen, she was more than willing to discuss her various procedures; which include a nose job and breast implants. According to her, when it comes to elective surgeries “denying it is lame”. She went on to proudly proclaim, “I don’t think you should be ashamed if you made a change to yourself.” It’s certainly refreshing to hear a celebrity speak candidly about a hot button issue like plastic surgery, seemingly without concern for what others will think.

#5: Tara Reid

As one of the most infamous cases of celebrity plastic surgery gone wrong, Tara Reid opened up about her experiences under the knife in a 2006 interview with Us Weekly. The actress admitted that her liposculpting procedure didn’t go as planned and left her with a deformed midsection. The original plan was to even out her breasts and reshape her stomach so that she’d appear to have a six-pack. But according to her surgeon, the surgery “went wrong” and she was forced to have additional procedures to correct the issue.

#4: Heidi Montag

Top 10 Unforgettable Heidi Klum Halloween Costumes

Whereas most celebs feel the need to keep news of their cosmetic surgeries to themselves, reality TV personality Heidi Montag has had no qualms about sharing her private life with the public. This was never more apparent than when she gave a tell-all interview to People magazine in January of 2010. In it, she revealed that two months earlier she underwent ten surgeries in one day! The smorgasbord of procedures included a breast augmentation (her second), a chin reduction, a brow lift and ear pinning. Ironically her debut album, which she released later that month, was called “Superficial”. Intentional irony? Who knows.

#3: Jamie Lee Curtis

Golden Globe winner Jamie Lee Curtis, best known for her role in the “Halloween” franchise as well as numerous other dramatic and comedic performances since her debut in 1978,has reportedly “done it all” when it comes to surgical enhancements. The California native claims, “I’ve had a little plastic surgery. I’ve had a little lipo. I’ve had a little Botox.” But goes on to state “none of it works.” The fact that she became addicted to painkillers after one of her surgical procedures probably didn’t improve her opinion on the subject! …

#2: Sharon Osbourne

For Sharon Osbourne, the former “America’s Got Talent” judge and onetime star of the hit MTV reality series “The Osbournes”, transparency is the name of the game when it comes to her dabbles in plastic surgery. The London native and wife of heavy-metal legend Ozzy Osbourne has spoken candidly about her various procedures on multiple occasions, perhaps most notably during an appearance on the “Dr. Phil” show; when she discussed all of the elective surgeries she had undergone. Osbourne claims to have spent £300,000 on plastic surgery over the years. We aren’t 100% sure, but that’s too much… right? Before we unveil our top pick, here are a few honorable mentions: Jillian Michaels Ashlee Simpson

#1: Joan Rivers

The late Joan Rivers seemingly did it all in her long career as a comedian, actress and TV host. However, she’s perhaps best known for the dizzying amount of plastic surgery she had done during her time in the spotlight. From eye lifts and nose thinning to tummy tucks and liposuction, Rivers truly tried it all. All it takes is one look at her face to see that this was a woman hell bent on erasing every wrinkle no matter the cost. Of course she was always the first to admit it, once quipping, “I've had so much plastic surgery, when I die they will donate my body to Tupperware." Now that’s a zinger!
