Chances are that anyone who was planning on watching this 2002 Eminem musical drama has already done so. But… as anyone who’s already seen the movie will tell you, “8 Mile” has got serious replay value. Eminem isn’t the first musical artist to make the jump to the big screen, but you’d be hard-pressed to find many others who did it better. “8 Mile” is a loose adaptation of Marshall Mathers’ real-life struggle to make it in the rap industry, and both musically and in terms of story, it delivers the goods. With the tragic passing of co-star Brittany Murphy in 2009, this movie has taken on an extra bit of sentimental value.

You’ve got to wait until end of June to feast your eyes on this one, but hey, totally unique series like this take time to make. And considering just how great the first season was, we easily could’ve waited twice as long. This 1980’s set retro comedy about professional female wrestling caught our attention with its neon spandex, big hair and wild premise, but it hooked us with the star-making performances of its awesome ensemble cast. Wacky and silly, but also smart and self-aware, GLOW is a show unlike any other, and if the trailer is any indication, Zoya the Destroya and company have plenty more to offer in season 2.

Perhaps you’ve never heard of this film, but that’s okay, because Netflix is giving you until June 30th to rectify that. “On Golden Pond” is a family drama about an aging couple, their strained relationship with their adult daughter and the importance of healing. It might look dated and cheesy to modern viewers, but this film is a true gem - the sort of movie that simply doesn’t get made anymore. It was the legendary Henry Fonda’s last film role, and it paired him up with the equally iconic Katharine Hepburn. Both actors won Oscars for their efforts, while the film itself garnered 10 Academy Award nominations.

Though we would have gladly stuck around for many more seasons had the Netflix gods decided to keep the series going, we’ll settle for this special series finale and the much-needed closure that it brings with it. With its groundbreaking depiction of LGBTQ+ themes and characters, Sense8 is a truly one-of-a-kind show, representing groups of people generally pushed to the margins of popular media. In this movie-length finale, we’ll hopefully get to see our heroes get the happy ending they deserve. Of course… Lana Wachowski has stated that she’d like to keep the story going, so let’s make sure to get those viewing numbers.

With talks of a fourth Men in Black really starting to pick up, there’s no time like the present to revisit the film that started it all - the rollicking sci-fi comedy starring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones. Sadly, the 1997 hit film is gone from Netflix as of June 1st. As Agent J, the motormouthed young hotshot with an attitude, and Agent K, the deadpan, super serious and world weary mentor, Smith and Jones made an odd couple for the ages, and their colorful story about managing the aliens of earth is one with near infinite replay value. That scene where J helps an alien give birth? Hilarious, touching AND gross. What more could you ask for?

The man with the bulletproof skin is back, and from the looks of the trailer, he’s got just as much style, charm and charisma as he did in season 1. Unfortunately, it seems as if he’s also got just as much trouble too - if not even more. Now a local legend and bona fide neighborhood hero, Cage has unfortunately attracted the attention of more than just fans - a new villain has got his heart set on Harlem and he’s got the skills to take down even a hero as seemingly unstoppable as our beloved Luke Cage. We can’t wait to see how this plays out!

We know… you probably already saw it in theaters (possibly more than once), and have likely watched it repeatedly on Netflix since then. Sadly… that’s just not the way that this streaming service works! So if you want to go on one last Netflix-assisted ride with Cap, Black Panther, Iron Man, Black Widow and company, or relive Spider-Man’s glorious introduction to the MCU, you’ve got until June 25th.

Though you might still be reeling from the news that you’re losing Civil War, we suspect that this might help to soothe your pain. As they say, it’s out with the old and in with the new, and in early June, the god of thunder’s massive third solo outing will be coming to Netflix for all to enjoy. Joined by the Incredible Hulk, Loki, and a few welcome new additions to his entourage, Thor, along director Taika Waititi, really knocked it out of the park in Ragnarok. It delivers side-splitting laughs, a one-two punch of comedy and massive fight sequences, and the sort of zany world-building that keeps you coming back for more.

We had 8 full seasons of his world travelling adventures and witty, sardonic insights ready and waiting for us on Netflix... but no more. As of June 16th, you’ll have to go elsewhere to get your daily dose of Bourdain, but hey, at least you’ve got a bit of time to pack in some last minute binging.
