Top 10 Celebrity Couples That Make Us Believe in True Love

Their stories were written in the stars! Welcome to MsMojo, and today we’ll be counting down our picks for the Top 10 Celebrity Couples That Make Us Believe in True Love .

For this list, we’re looking at the celebrity pairs whose romantic lives together are pure #relationshipgoals.

#10: Mila Kunis & Ashton Kutcher

Their characters might not have wound up together on “That ‘70s Show”, but we’d take their real life happy ending over an onscreen one any day. These two grew up and matured together while filming the series, and out of friendship, love blossomed - eventually. Though it took many years for these two to become romantic, that strong foundation shows in the way they talk about one another. Not only are Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis seemingly very much in love, but they’re clearly best friends too. And really, what more could you ask for?

#9: Victoria & David Beckham

These two might not technically be British royalty, but they are as far as fans are concerned. One is arguably the most iconic football player in the history of the sport, and the other made up one fifth of basically the greatest girl group of all time, The Spice Girls. Of course, it’s the life and successes they’ve since gone on to together that really makes us put this power couple on a pedestal. Tabloids love to attempt to throw scandals their way, but they always seem to rise above it, proving that the only opinions that really matter in a relationship, are your own.

#8: Ellen DeGeneres & Portia de Rossi

Actress and television personality Ellen DeGeneres and actress, model and philanthropist Portia De Rossi first started dating in 2004, and they’ve been giving us relationship goals to aspire to since day one. They were married in 2008 and despite being nothing but supportive and loving to one another, they’ve weathered more than their fair share of breakup and divorce rumors. Of course, they’ve always forcefully shutdown such gossip with unabashed declarations of their commitment. Just look at their 10 year anniversary video and try to tell us that this isn’t the very definition of love. We should all be so lucky!

#7: Chrissy Teigen & John Legend

John Legend is a soft-spoken singer-songwriter who can melt your heart with just a few strokes of the piano keys and a couple of soulful notes. His wife Chrissy Teigen is a hilarious, outspoken and unabashedly vivacious model, author and TV personality. So yeah, not exactly two peas in a pod, but as they say, opposites attract - and in this case, we’d go so far as to say that Legend and Teigen complete each other. She trolls him, and he loves it. He’s inspired by her to write award-winning songs. While many celebrity couples present a carefully curated public image, Teigen and Legend allow their perfect imperfections to shine through.

#6: Kristen Bell & Dax Shepard

Forget relationship goals… can we just be a third wheel living as a permanent tagalong on the adventures of this impossibly fun couple? Kristen and Dax are known for their hilarious videos and incredible interviews. They’re a comedic romantic duo the likes of which the world has never seen before. But the thing is… they’re also super transparent about the fact that their relationship isn’t all fun and games. They’ve acknowledged the importance of couples counselling to help make it work. That sort of honesty about the effort that goes into a relationship is super refreshing.

#5: Rita Wilson & Tom Hanks

The second that this couple decides to start adopting, we’re going to be the first adult children in line; their love just seems so pure, wholesome and nurturing! You can be sure that they’d tell you that they’re proud of you like… every day. While so many other stars have separated, divorced and remarried countless times over the years, these two have been have managed to make it work for decades, and they’re still going strong. They’re proof that with the right person and the right attitude, you can make it work under any circumstances - including living under constant the scrutiny that comes with being a celebrity couple.

#4: Neil Patrick Harris & David Burtka

These two make us absolutely melt. From the perfect little family they’ve made for themselves with twin children Gideon and Harper, to their frequent affirmations of love and support, Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka feel like the real deal. They seem to have struck the perfect balance between putting family first and making time to continue to nurture their romantic relationship. But, like Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard, they acknowledge that a happy marriage takes effort - they too are open about the importance of couples therapy. Neil and David, you inspire us to not seek out a relationship that makes us as happy as yours does, but work for it too!

#3: Michelle & Barack Obama

They might not live in the White House anymore, but they’ll always be the first family of our hearts. Public image and a sense of stability are always important to the president and his family. As such, it can be hard to tell the difference between a performative show for the press and genuine romantic happiness, but with the Obamas, you could see that those smiles were real - these two are seriously in love. Now that they’ve moved on to the next phase of their lives, they continue to support each other, love one another, and inspire couples and families around the world to be their best selves.

#2: Emily Blunt & John Krasinski

Speaking with Ellen in 2011, Krasinski acknowledged that he knew Blunt was the one the very first time he met her. They went on their first date in 2008 and were engaged the next year. While such a short buildup to a wedding often leads to a similarly short marriage, these two seem destined for the long haul. Since tying the knot in 2010, they’ve made us believe in their modern fairytale romance multiple times over. From their picture perfect family and mutual love of pranks, to their endless support of each other’s careers, it’s like these two were made for each other. Even their first collaborative film effort was a smash hit!

Before we unveil our top pick, here are a few honorable mentions:

Jessica Biel & Justin Timberlake

Megan Mullally & Nick Offerman

Sarah Michelle Gellar & Freddie Prinze Jr.

#1: Blake Lively & Ryan Reynolds

Apparently true love exists, and you can find it even in the complicated and hectic world of Hollywood. Even now that they’re married and have added kids to the mix, these two seemingly can’t help but grin from ear to ear and laugh whenever they’re together. They’re constantly trolling each other on social media, making us, their legions of fans feel like we’re a part of the adventure that is their shared life, but they’re also clearly madly, deeply, truly in love with each other and aren’t shy about letting the world know just how lucky they each consider themselves to be with the other. Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, you’ve set the bar real high.
