Go big or go home! Welcome to MsMojo, and today we’re digging into 3 Sinful Meals Worthy of Your Cheat Day.

For this list, we’ve put together an all-star breakfast, lunch and dinner for those days when you’re just not feeling that diet and you’re looking to treat yourself.

Breakfast: Eggs Benedict

How do you like your eggs in the morning? Enveloped in hollandaise sauce, of course! Channel your inner Julia Child or Paula Deen and get out that butter, then add some good ol’ egg yolks and lemon juice. Hollandaise sauce may not be for the novice cook to prepare, but the end result is so worth it. But a winner’s breakfast wouldn’t be complete without some bacon – and if we’re being honest, Canadian bacon is best for this dish. Then it’s onto some more protein with your poached eggs. We can’t forget to give some love to bread, so prepare some English muffins to soak in all the deliciousness you’re about to eat. Put it all together and take a well-deserved first bite!

Lunch: Chili Slaw Dog

Just because it’s cheat day doesn’t mean you don’t have places to be! These little delights combine taste and texture in a perfect little package you can eat on the go. First thing to work on is the chili sauce, combining onions, tomato paste, ground beef and some beer, you know, since it’s 5 o’clock somewhere. And because you worked so hard on your breakfast, it’s time to break out that food processor for your cabbage slaw. To get those greens even crispier and less watery, add sugar and salt, then some mayonnaise. But we can’t forget what all that sits on. Prep some hot dogs in a skillet, nestle them in a crisp bun, assemble and enjoy!

Dinner: Mac & Cheese

The only thing better than cheese is MORE cheese. This dinner is the show-stopping finale to a day of decadence and deliciousness, and you want it done right. To really class up this meal, you can opt for a Béchamel sauce and book-end your day with two amazing French sauces. Cook up your macaroni, add the cheese and your sauce. Transfer it to a baking dish and add some MORE frômage, along with some breadcrumbs and let that bad boy bake. Finally, take it out of the oven and bask in the golden brown goodness you’re about to devour. Just be sure to save room for dessert with a hot fudge sundae!
