A Team combining Keyblades and Alchemy can only be Epic. I can see the Team Attacks working like teleportation combined with a vortex of alchemy-crafted weapons, depending on your surroundings.

FMA Villain Boss Fights

Depending on whether the villains are Homunculi, Human, or Chimeras, I can imagine the more higher-up villains to be more trouble for Sora. Like how the Homunculi could have a Healing Factor, especially Trisha/Sloth, who could increase her liquid form to try and drown the party, and Kimblee and Selim/Pride could double-team Sora and Alphonse.

Sora faced Dark-Themed Monsters and Organizations, but it would be amazing to see how Sora deals with Father, Dante, and the Homunculi, whose methods are murderous and strategic! These guys could deliver a challenge Sora never faced before.

In many forms of Fullmetal Alchemist, the franchise is split into two versions, the 2003 anime or Brotherhood. This crossover can mix the two into the same world, it's own or a world like Radiant Garden.

FMA and KH Character Interactions

Imagine how characters like Sora and Aqua would converse with Alphonse and Mustang. It would be neat to see KH and FMA characters converse, fight, or even team up. I can see Luxu and Dante teaming up while forming a plan relating to the Philosopher Stone and the Black Box.

The concepts could come from any source in the FMA universe. The Amestrian Symbol, an Unversed Lion boss with Transmutation Circles for arms and legs, and even Heartless based in a small way on the Homunculi, each one.

Exploring Amestris as a KH World

In case a World is Green-lit for future KH projects, having Sora and his friends explore Amestris as a functional KH world would be amazing, but only if the world involves places involved with a story arc. I'd probably stick with Central City being mainly apart of it.

I can see Keyblades based on the Edward, Alphonse, Mustang, Winry, May Chang, Ling Yao, Scar, Olivier Armstrong, Central City, Yoke Island, Fort Briggs, Lior, Risembool, Underground City (2003), King Bradley, the Homunculi, Dante, Father, Truth, and the Philosopher Stone.

Combining FMA and KH Elements

If its possible, elements from both franchises can have hidden connections, like the Keyblade, which could act as the KH equivalence to FMA's Philosopher Stone, and since the 2003 anime had Ed cross into another world, what if the Gate was similar to KH's Pathways to other worlds?

In case the Kingdom Hearts and Fullmetal Alchemist crossover works out perfectly, we might get potential future worlds and/or characters from other Square-Enix games and anime, like Dragon Quest, Star Ocean, Nier, Soul Eater, Durarara, and many more, involved with the Kingdom Hearts series.
