Top 20 Sexiest Female Aliens Ever

Top 20 Sexiest Female Aliens Ever
VOICE OVER: Rebecca Brayton
These characters are out of this world...in more ways than one! For this list, we'll be taking a look at those mysterious and sexy female alien beings from movies and TV that had other characters wanting to get to know them better. Our countdown includes “Star Trek”, "Star Wars", Marvel Cinematic Universe, “The Fifth Element”, "Under the Skin", and more!

#20: The Girls

“Decoys” (2004)
In this sci-fi horror flick, a threatened species of alien lands on Earth to repopulate their species. To aid their cause, they pose as college co-eds searching for a little more than a casual hook-up. Tentacles aside, it’s safe to say these ladies weren’t afraid of showing off a little to attract a poor unfortunate host. They may prefer the cold, but these extra-terrestrial are undoubtedly hot movie aliens.

#19: Gaila

“Star Trek” (2009)
Played by Rachel Nichols, this creature comes from the planet Orion and splits her time between her classes at Starfleet Academy and “playing pattycake” with a young Captain Kirk. Gaila may just have a minor role in this sci-fi flick, but - just between us - it seems that the famed space lothario might’ve caught a case of the proverbial green fever from this emerald-skinned beauty - and it’s not hard to see why.

#18: Alien Jumpsuit Chicks

“Dude, Where’s My Car?” (2000)
In this stoner comedy, two young buddies retrace their steps after a night of partying. Eventually, they encounter five skin-tight jumpsuit-wearing vixens bent on destroying the universe. But that’s not all; they also have the ability to merge together into one gigantic slinky extra terrestrial, aptly called a “Super Hot Giant Alien.” In short, these bad girls are a gang of space travelers that would probably take more than a blackout to forget.

#17: Chiana

“Farscape” (1999-2003)
This Nebari from TV’s “Farscape” hails from a planet under heavy government control, making her independence and strong sense of individuality an object of federal reprogramming. Street smart and confident, this lovely lady lives her life constantly avoiding danger, but is not afraid to get her hands dirty with a little seduction or fiercely fighting for her loved one’s and her freedom. Chiana is undoubtedly one badass grey-skinned beauty.

#16: Princess Neytiri

“Avatar” (2009)
Zoe Saldana has a knack for playing colorful and attractive aliens, as we’ll see later with the character of Gamora from the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise. And like Gamora, Neytiri is strong-willed and loyal. A warrior who knows what’s truly important in life, her most interesting feature is her ability to connect with others, the planet and animals. Plus, she is a princess, even if her castle is just a giant tree.

#15: Number Six

“I am Number Four” (2011)
Also known as Jane Doe, this alien is one of a few remaining members of her species. As such, she’s been raised to be a warrior and has both cunning and bloodlust. Never afraid to fight for her survival, Number Six also possesses devastating good looks and incomparable Amazonian allure. All this makes her quite difficult to ignore in the teen sci-fi film – and let’s not forget she’s also got quite a few special powers!

#14: Commander T’Pol

“Star Trek: Enterprise” (2001-05)
This Vulcan science officer is the first of her kind to serve alongside humans for any prolonged length of time. Technically she’s in her 60s (not that it shows), but we’re not even sure she’s the oldest alien on this list! Preferring men half her age, she didn’t win fans over with her logic. Rather, it was probably all those decontamination showers and her skill applying Vulcan neuropressure therapy - a procedure that apparently requires minimal clothing! Ah, the Star Trek thirst traps...

#13: Serleena

“Men in Black II” (2002)
This shape-shifting Kylothian queen lands on earth after demolishing multiple planets in an attempt to find a hidden relic. In order to disguise her true form and blend in with the human race, Serleena morphs into the appearance of a lingerie model. Personally, we can’t think of a better way for her to distract her enemies as she battles the Men in Black.

#12: Alice

“Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” (2009)
This college student is more than meets the eye. She’s actually a Decepticon “Pretender”, and is literally designed to make you cheat on your actual super model girlfriend. But does all that beauty on the outside make up for the fact that she’s really a hideous robot underneath? Alice serves as the ultimate test about whether or not you really care about what your partner’s like on the inside.

#11: Marybeth Louise Hutchinson

“The Faculty” (1998)
As the new girl in town, this extraterrestrial hides a little more than a checkered past behind her sweet demeanor. In “The Faculty,” she’s on a mission to repopulate her species via body snatching. But this alien queen also has an affinity for swimming naked in the high school pool, seducing the local teenage drug dealer, and has a few tricky tentacles up her sleeve.

#10: Princess Leia

“Star Wars” original trilogy (1977-83)
Aside from changing the game when it comes to gold bikinis, this princess from the ill-fated planet Alderaan sports some killer hair buns and is anything but a damsel in distress. She’s a lady who can handle herself and a blaster, and really, the only downside to pursuing the princess is the looming threat of her Sith lord father force choking you when you bring her home too late.

#9: Number 6

“Battlestar Galactica” (2004-09)
This human-form Cylon is one of a kind! Actually, not so much, she’s literally a “model”, with countless twins roaming the cosmos. Not just able to kick ass and be reborn in a new body, she is hell bent on destroying humanity, and looking good while she does it! Okay, so she’s a bit of a religious nut but this blond babe will still get stuck in your head!

#8: Anna

“V” (2009-11)
As high commander and queen of the “Visitors," an alien group of reptilian-humanoids, Anna is a ruthless manipulator. So her insistence on coming to Earth in peace seems almost too good to be true. Armed with telekinetic powers and advanced alien technology, this pixie cut-sporting extraterrestrial is one bombshell that shouldn’t be trusted. She may act cold, but her looks are anything but.

#7: Gamora

Marvel Cinematic Universe (2008-)
This highly trained intergalactic warrior comes from the planet Zen-Whoberi and is known as the deadliest woman in the galaxy. But with her dark eyes, green skin and piercing stare, she’s also one of the most beautiful. Determined to avenge her family, Gamora joins up with the Guardians to prevent Thanos from obtaining the Power Stone. All missions aside though, what intergalactic quest would be complete without a little romance?

#6: Celeste Martin

“My Stepmother Is an Alien" (1988)
Kim Basinger as an alien; need we say more? Sent to earth on a mission to discover how to prevent a crisis on her home planet, Celeste falls in love with a widowed scientist who also happens to have a very suspicious daughter. Armed with a handbag that can conjure up diamonds and designer dresses, alien powers, and a gorgeous human figure, Celeste is the very definition of an otherworldly specimen.

#5: Kara Zor-El [aka Supergirl]

“Supergirl” (1984)
The cousin of Superman, this invincible flying alien visited Earth to recover a magical object. She can fly, shatter anything with her super strength, and looks mighty fine in her cape and costume. And her otherworldly beauty, strength and abilities aren’t her only great qualities; she’s also a hero who will do what it takes to fight for what’s right. Played by Helen Slater, Supergirl is one lady you don’t want to try out lame icebreakers on.

#4: Zev Bellringer

“Lexx” (1997-2002)
The science fiction series Lexx is all about seeking out a new home planet, and this next extra-terrestrial is worth traversing the galaxy for. Xev Bellringer is a bio-engineered alien from the planet P3K. Alluring by design, she packs Angelina-Jolie-like-lips and the combined libido of an entire country. Even though the fact that she was created from splicing a human with space Lizard DNA sounds pretty gross on paper, you can’t argue with the results.

#3: Laura

“Under the Skin” (2013)
While the main message of this science fiction art film may be difficult to understand, there’s no denying the haunting beauty of both the story and its star - at least, on the outside. This formless alien lands in Scotland and dons the guise of a seductress that spends her time luring men in with her flawless features. However, she ends up leaving them with nothing more than the skin on their backs. Mysterious and dangerous, this off-world woman is the ultimate femme fatale.

#2: Leeloo

“The Fifth Element” (1997)
This specimen, played by Milla Jovovich, was created from alien DNA to be a Supreme Being and the savior of humankind. Although pure and innocent, she is equally capable of defending herself. A complex woman, her actual full name is impossible to pronounce. She is extra near and dear to our hearts for her superhuman abilities, orange hair and one heck of a healthy appetite!

Before we unveil our top pick, here are a few honorable mentions.

Princess Aura
“Flash Gordon” (1980)

Princess Irulan Corrino
“Dune” (1984)

Kitty
“Cocoon” (1985)

Ella
“Cowboys & Aliens” (2011)

#1: Sil

“Species” (1995)
As we’ve seen, a common trope in alien movies sees the E.T.s taking the form of an attractive human female as a way to propagate their kind - and “Species” is no exception. The tale of an alien bombshell who uses sex to infiltrate the universe, this film sees Sil led by her insatiable desire to weaponize her looks. And as you can expect, there is a catch for the men she seduces - and no, it’s not only the fact that she’s trying extra hard to get pregnant. She also always kills her mate and transforms into a grotesque monster but you know: details.
