Top 10 Most Destructive Anime Battles The economy in these places must be in freefall! Welcome to WatchMojo, and today we are counting down our picks for the Top 10 Most Destructive Anime Battles. For this list, we’ll be looking at the battles that caused the most collateral damage to a certain area while the combatants were trying to rip each other’s faces off!

#10: Saitama vs. Boros

Also in:

Anime Duel: Goku Vs Saitama

“One-Punch Man” (2015-19) Granted, if it weren’t for the fact Saitama was there to take all of his blows, Boros’ rampage would have likely resulted in the whole planet going kaboom. However, with the world’s strongest hero serving as his foe, all the Dominator of the Universe managed to accomplish was melting his own spaceship with the force of their blows. Well, that and part of the moon when he sent Saitama crashing into it with just a kick. Oh, and the ozone layer. That looked like it was reeling from the force of the Serious Punch.

#9: Sieg vs. Lancer of Red

“Fate/Apocrypha” (2017) Other Servants may have had battles with greater depth, but when it comes to flashy visuals and everything in sight getting completely wrecked, the folks from the Great Holy Grail War reign supreme, especially when it comes to Sieg taking on Karna and his seemingly never-ending list of Noble Phantasms. Honestly, there’s so much blistering destruction happening on screen it’s hard to tell what’s being incinerated and what’s currently being tossed at Sieg. Throw in Astolfo’s last second save, and the whole thing becomes a portrait of desolation.

#8: Yuno vs. Rill

“Black Clover” (2017-) It wouldn’t be the finale of a tournament arc without a lot of stuff getting blown up! Though rare is it that a fighter actually take the broken chunks of landscape and turn it into a weapon to make even more things go boom! Or maybe that’s just Rill. With his picture magic allowing him to conjure whatever he wishes and make it a reality, Yuno and his wind magic were pretty close to getting railed into oblivion by the power of Bob Ross…at least until he kicked it into high gear and activated his Spirit Dive!

#7: Kamille vs. Four

“Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam” (1985-86) Lover’s quarrels are never pleasant, but when one leads to a city getting smashed, things have definitely gotten out of hand. Not that we can really blame Four in this instance, what with the Titans messing with her brain and turning her into a cyber newtype on the warpath. This is made all the worse when she’s given the colossal-sized Psycho Gundam to pilot, leaving her heartbroken lover to duke it out with her in the substantially less capable Gundam Mark II. There are no winners in this fight, just a lot of tears and broken buildings.

#6: Yusuke vs. Sensui

Also in:

Anime Duel: Gon Freecss Vs Yusuke Urameshi

“Yu Yu Hakusho” (1992-94) As if the Demon World couldn’t look any crappier, along comes these two Spirit Detective to mess up the terrain even more by crushing everything in sight. After reawakening in his new demonic guise after his second death at the hands of Sensui, Yusuke proceeds to bring the pain by beating his predecessor into every scrap of rock he can find. Turns out with his ancestor in the driver’s seat, the young punk is capable of delivering a beatdown that even makes hell’s minions flinch.

#5: Naruto vs. Sasuke

Also in:

Top 10 Naruto and Sasuke Team-Up Fights

“Naruto: Shippuden” (2007-17) You’d think after all that Kaguya business that these two would be running on empty, but nope, they were saving the heavy artillery for their rematch at the Valley of the End. With Sasuke creating a Susanoo infused with lightning chakra, and Naruto fully unleashing the power of the Nine Tailed Fox, the two proceed to let loose jutsu of such calibur that they not only devastated everything around them, but created their very own thunderstorm with their overwhelming chakra. Makes for quite a sight, but we pity those who had to clean it up the wreckage after!

#4: All Might vs. All For One

Also in:

Top 10 Father vs. Son Anime Battles (ft. Todd Haberkorn)

“My Hero Academia” (2016-) In a clash between the World’s Greatest Hero and his most hated foe, there was bound to be a bit of damage control, though the scale on which these two destroyed everything around them proved to be beyond anything superhero society had seen before. Between All for One using a myriad of stolen Quirks to send the Symbol of Peace flying through several buildings at a time, and All Might using the last embers of One for All to unleash a punch that turns their battleground into a cyclone, it’s fair to say it's going to take the district some time to recover.

#3: Goku vs. Jiren

Also in:

Top 10 Kid Goku Fights

“Dragon Ball Super” (2015-18) You have to admire how even after sustaining so much damage over the course of the Tournament of Power, the multiverse fighting arena was left relatively intact. Then along comes Goku with his newfound mastery of Ultra Instinct and the whole thing crumbles like a sandcastle. After attaining a level only known to the Gods, the ultimate Saiyan goes all out against Jiren, with every blow reducing another shard of the floating stadium into the void. Zeno really needs to find a better architect.

#2: Whitebeard vs. Everyone

“One Piece” (1999-) And this is why you don’t mess with Pops! Following on from the death of his beloved son Ace, the legendary pirate takes on the might of the navy’s headquarters all by his lonesome. Combine his rage with the nigh-unstoppable force of the Tremor-Tremor Fruit, and Whitebeard’s wrath pretty much leaves the whole base in shambles, every echo of despair lending itself to another miniature earthquake that sends hundreds of marines plummeting into the ocean. Of course, that’s poultry compared to what he did to Akainu…

#1: Mob vs. Suzuki

Also in:

Top 10 Underrated Anime Battles

“Mob Psycho 100” (2016-19) You know you can’t go anywhere other than the top of the list when you can telepathically toss entire cities at your opponent! With the leader of CLAW unleashing his accumulated psychic powers, Mob is forced to push himself further than ever, almost losing himself to the thrill of the fight as he twists the world around him with just a thought. Suzuki might have thought he was hot shit, but soon found himself knocked down the power pole when Mob starts sending buildings at him en masse until he’s completely cocooned inside a sphere built from a broken metropolis!
