Dorothy Zbornak is the street-smart, sarcastic one, Blanche Devereaux is the man-hungry southern belle, Rose Nylund is the sweet, if naïve roommate, and Sophia Petrillo is Dorothy’s truth-telling Sicilian mother. Some are widowed, some are divorced but all bring something different to the table – and if it’s in “The Golden Girls”’ house, that table is always stocked with cheesecake.

These mismatched men were a very odd couple indeed, which is what made them so hilarious to watch. Though they didn’t always get along on screen, Oscar and Felix remain some of the most memorable roomies in primetime American television history.

But hey, the world continues to evolve. By choosing to live with two natural goofballs like April and Andy, Mr. Wyatt found himself just a pawn in a crazy Pawnee game of disgusting love.

As a ploy to save money and break the “No Co-ed living” rule, the womanizer Jack shacked up with the two ladies in the first episode, which set the stage for multiple seasons of wacky shenanigans and constant misunderstandings. These three roomies were fun to watch and their fresh ‘80s style only heightened the experiences. Jack’s hair. Chrissy’s tops. Janet’s clothing of many colors. Chrissy’s tops. It was almost too much.
