Special thanks to our users jackhammer, Kyeju and 25billionaire for submitting the idea on our Suggestion Tool at http://www.WatchMojo.comsuggest

#10: Dorothy Zbornak, Blanche Devereaux, Rose Nylund & Sophia Petrillo “The Golden Girls” (1985-92)

Picture it: Miami, the ‘80s. A feisty foursome comes together in their golden years for convenience and companionship and proves that life does not end at 50. Dorothy Zbornak is the street-smart, sarcastic one, Blanche Devereaux is the man-hungry southern belle, Rose Nylund is the sweet, if naïve roommate, and Sophia Petrillo is Dorothy’s truth-telling Sicilian mother. Some are widowed, some are divorced but all bring something different to the table – and if it’s in “The Golden Girls”’ house, that table is always stocked with cheesecake.

#9: Dave Rose & Max Blum “Happy Endings” (2011-13)

Also in:

Top 10 Dave Chappelle Moments

Straight outta Chicago, a crazy motherlover with a food truck, and a lazy, gay roommate fresh outta luck. As two pals with surprisingly different demeanors, Dave and Max wind up living together when the former gets left at the altar. While Max likes to pull pranks and dream of Scottie Pippen, Dave finds comfort in the ultimate V-neck and wonders why people laugh at him. These two are quite the odd couple yet continue to raise hell together in the Windy City.

#8: Oscar Madison & Felix Unger “The Odd Couple” (1970-75)

Also in:

Top 10 Most Controversial Oscar Winners

Speaking of polar opposites, this duo is made up of the laid-back divorcee Oscar Madison and the high-strung, neat freak Felix Unger. These two share a Manhattan apartment, where Oscar serves as the fiery stooge that audiences love to watch unravel; while Felix is usually left to clean up Oscar’s messes— literally. These mismatched men were a very odd couple indeed, which is what made them so hilarious to watch. Though they didn’t always get along on screen, Oscar and Felix remain some of the most memorable roomies in primetime American television history.

#7: April Ludgate, Andy Dwyer & Ben Wyatt “Parks and Recreation” (2009-15)

After becoming Pawnee’s assistant city manager in season three, Ben Wyatt trades his motel room for a brief stay with the couple April and Andy. Given the refined tastes of a city employee like Ben, he probably was expecting to rest his head on an actual bed and not expecting to watch a grown man and woman eat turkey chili out of a Frisbee…for breakfast. But hey, the world continues to evolve. By choosing to live with two natural goofballs like April and Andy, Mr. Wyatt found himself just a pawn in a crazy Pawnee game of disgusting love.

#6: Janet Wood, Chrissy Snow & Jack Tripper “Three’s Company” (1977-84)

Along the Pacific Ocean in sunny Santa Monica lived a Midwestern dancer, a ditzy blonde…and a gay chef? Well, at least as far as Stanley Roper knows. As a ploy to save money and break the “No Co-ed living” rule, the womanizer Jack shacked up with the two ladies in the first episode, which set the stage for multiple seasons of wacky shenanigans and constant misunderstandings. These three roomies were fun to watch and their fresh ‘80s style only heightened the experiences. Jack’s hair. Chrissy’s tops. Janet’s clothing of many colors. Chrissy’s tops. It was almost too much.

#5: Eric Murphy, Vincent Chase, Johnny Drama & Turtle “Entourage” (2004-11)

Also in:

Top 20 Funniest Eric Andre Street Pranks

Based on Mark Wahlberg’s personal experiences in Los Angeles, “Entourage” introduced a crew from Queens, New York led by up-and coming actor Vincent Chase. When you combine Hollywood fame with bros from the block, a chaotic yet hilarious home life should be expected - especially when Johnny Drama is involved. “Entourage” became a pop culture phenomenon thanks to the hijinks of E and the crew. These guys lived in the ultimate frat house and we loved watching from the outside.

#4: Jessica Day, Nick Miller, Schmidt, Winston Bishop & Coach Tagliaboo “New Girl” (2011-)

Three men and the quirky belle of the ball. It’s “New Girl”! As the late-20, early-30-something roommates of an L.A. loft, each character offers a unique brand of comedy while maintaining a relatable vibe. Jess’ cooky, old-timey personality demands attention, which makes the supreme likability of her L.A. roommates even more astonishing. Their mild depression makes us laugh, but when all cylinders are firing, Jess, Nick Schmidt, Winston – and later Coach – work together as an unstoppable magnetic force of television.

#3: Larry Appleton & Balki Bartokomous “Perfect Strangers” (1986-93)

Also in:

Top 10 Most Hilarious Larry David Moments on Curb Your Enthusiasm

Isn’t it fun just to say Balki Bartokomous? These TGIF pals came from opposite ends of the world, but their mutual misunderstanding brought us together every Friday night. Larry taught us that Americans don’t always have the answers, while Balki reminded us that you can’t always get what you want, but if you try sometime, you just might find, you get what you need. Known as “Turnip” and “Yo-Yo” by their boss-slash-landlord, these two Chicago cousins enjoyed the grapes of life’s daily surprises and made it ok to laugh at perfect strangers. Especially when they do the dance of joy.

#2: Adam DeMamp, Blake Henderson & Anders Holmvik “Workaholics” (2011-)

Also in:

Top 10 Best Mayor Adam West Moments on Family Guy

Blake. Adam. Anders. The perfectly groomed trio of southern California roommates. These college dropouts are maturity-challenged, but their shared experiences living and working together will someday ultimately pay off, right…? Whether it’s Speedo hip-thrusting or Rancho Cucamonga raccoon hunting, these guys have stories that you do not, and Blake’s often disturbing curiosity only makes these Comedy Central characters even more enjoyable. It’s not a question of will they or won’t they, it’s a matter of how far will they go. Before we unveil our top pick, here are a few honorable mentions. Dr. Alan Harper “Two and a Half Men” (2003-) Charlie Kelly & Frank Reynolds “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” (2005-) Laverne De Fazio & Shirley Feeney “Laverne & Shirley” (1976-83) Abed Nadir, Troy Barnes & Annie Edison “Community” (2009-) Loretta, Keysha & Daryl Black “Curb Your Enthusiasm” (2000-11)

#1: Joey Tribbiani & Chandler Bing “Friends” (1994-2004)

Also in:

Top 10 Joey Tribbiani Acting Roles from Friends

Could these two guys BE any more hilarious? Joey and Chandler go together like Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin; two cool cats born to entertain. Acting as the perfect foils for each other, Joey is a ladies’ man who’s not the brightest bulb in the box, while Chandler is the most sarcastic guy you will ever meet. But their bromance was real, with Chandler basically supporting Joey as he struggled to find acting work. They’ve been to Central Perk and back with each other - and survived not only their own idiosyncrasies, but also those annoying but beloved friends from across the hall. Do you agree with our list?
