Things are about to get brutal! Join us as we count down the most devastating one-sided fights where characters either delivered absolute destruction or got completely demolished. From Saiyan princes getting humbled to legendary warriors meeting their match, these beatdowns are unforgettable! Our countdown includes Goku vs Nappa, Gogeta vs Broly, Vegeta vs Android 18, Vegeta vs Golden Frieza, Broly vs Everyone, and more! Which beatdown left you speechless? Let us know in the comments below!

#10: Vegeta vs. Goku Black (Rematch) Dragon Ball Super (2015-18)

If theres one thing Vegeta hates, its losing to Goku, sorry Kakarot - not that he ever has, technically. Still, losing to Goku Black really gets under his skin. After some intense training, Vegeta comes back and lays the smackdown on the pink-haired imposter. Their rematch sees Vegeta punch Black through building after building. He then decks the god in Gokus clothing through a skyscraper, and, after telling him his unearned strength is no match for Kakarots hard-trained power, he proceeds to punch him so hard the building explodes! To top it all off, he grabs Black by the hair, headbutts him, and calls him a fake unworthy of fighting the great Prince Vegeta! What a boss.

#9: Goku vs. the Ginyu Force Dragon Ball Z (1989-96)

Everybodys hyped for Goku to arrive on Namek, particularly since everyone else is getting their butts kicked by Friezas elite men, the Ginyu Force. And when he finally arrives, he doesnt disappoint! After flexing on the group by showcasing his impressive speed, Goku takes out the monstrous Recoome with a single elbow to the gut, leaving him face down with his ass in the air. He follows it up by taking on Jeice and Burter at the same time. Goku repeatedly embarrasses the duo, from decking Jeice mid-sentence, to tricking them into hitting each other. No wonder Jeice goes crying home to Ginyu after Burter goes down.

#8: Vegeta vs. Final Form Frieza Dragon Ball Z (1989-96)

Vegetas arrogance has long been his undoing, and after nearly dying again and powering up on Namek, hes absolutely certain, and absolutely wrong, that hes a Super Saiyan. Facing Frieza in his then-final form, Vegeta unleashes a barrage of blasts against the tyrant, but all are ineffective. Frieza is just toying with him. And even when Vegeta breaks down in tears, Frieza decides to continue tormenting him. Choking him out with his tail, pummeling him in the stomach - Vegeta takes a lot of punishment here. Even Goku doing his thing and arriving at the last minute doesnt stop him from dying.

#7: King Piccolo vs. Goku (Round 1) Dragon Ball (1986-89)

Even as a kid, Goku rarely struggled against his opponents. One of the exceptions is King Piccolo. While the young Saiyan manages to hit the evil Namekian a few times at first, once Piccolo starts taking things seriously, Goku doesnt stand a chance. The kid gets punched through a boulder, piledriven mid-air, and is sent scurrying for his life on all fours from Piccolos finger blasts. Even a Kamehameha isnt enough to even faze Piccolo. If not for the demon king mistakenly believing he killed Goku, the kid wouldnt have even survived to become an adult.

#6: Vegeta vs. Golden Frieza Dragon Ball Super (2015-18)

Vegeta may have gotten wrecked by Frieza first, but he gets the last laugh. After his resurrection, Frieza makes trouble on Earth when he comes for revenge. When Goku screws up by letting Frieza live (again!), Vegeta steps in. He turns Super Saiyan Blue and just tanks Friezas many ki blasts. Then, once Frieza makes the mistake of mocking his princely title, Vegeta takes the guy who killed him apart with a few choice punches and kicks. He even knocks the Golden out of him! Unfortunately, this cathartic beatdown is soured by Frieza being a sore loser.

#5: Broly vs. Everyone Dragon Ball Z: Broly The Legendary Super Saiyan (1993)

Usually, when the heroes of Earth fight a bad guy, its one at a time. But in this movie, theyre not dealing with the average antagonist anymore - this is Broly. The legendary Super Saiyan powers up and the Z-Fighters have basically nothing for him. He no-sells their strongest attacks. He delivers arm bars to their throats, and practically bulldozes his way through all of them. Broly doesnt even get tired - he only gets stronger as the fight goes on! If not for Goku combining all their ki to use one strike against him, Broly would have killed them all and just kept going. Honestly, its a bit of a cop-out, but his power was a little too maximum.

#4: Goku vs. Naturon Shenron Dragon Ball GT (1996-97)

There are comparatively fewer beatdowns in this spin-off series, but Goku still lays down a brutal one against Naturon Shenron. The cowardly foe is willing to use Gokus granddaughter Pan as a hostage and as a means to power up. However, after the mole-like dragons true form is exposed, Goku is easily able to handle him. Despite Naturons desperate attempt to absorb a bird, Goku beats the dragon mid-air, before vaporizing him with a Kamehameha. If anything, Goku is just putting Naturon back where he belongs - moles love to be underground, after all.

#3: Vegeta vs. Android 18 Dragon Ball Z (1989-96)

Vegeta and getting wrecked when hes cocky is one of Dragon Balls most iconic duos. Yet few of these occasions are as brutal as this one. Fresh off his Super Saiyan debut, Vegeta is ready to destroy some more androids. Except, Android 18 disappoints the prince by dashing his expectationsalso his head against rocksrepeatedly. The deadly beauty downright demolishes Vegeta throughout their fight! Her arm-breaking kick is especially heinous! As if that werent grisly enough, 18 follows it up by breaking the other arm. Honestly, if he wasnt such an arrogant jackass all the time, wed feel sad for Vegeta. Sad for youuuuuu!

#2: Gogeta vs. Broly Dragon Ball Super: Broly (2018)

While Brolys first movie may not have been canon, we cant help but feel like this is a meta form of revenge on Goku and Vegetas parts. The duo fuses together into Gogeta and battles the legendary Super Saiyan for the first time. While Broly actually gives as good as he gets at first, it still feels like Gogeta is toying with him, adding extra little flourishes to all his attacks. But once he turns Super Saiyan Blue, he really starts putting on the sauce and beating the hell out of Broly. Gogeta essentially clowns on him until Broly has to be saved by a wish on the Dragon Balls. So much for the legend!

#1: Goku vs. Nappa Dragon Ball Z (1989-96)

Arriving late to the party is kind of Gokus thing. Unfortunately, in this case, half his friends are dead at Nappas hands. After powering up and making Nappa and Vegeta have existential crises about his power level, Goku proceeds to tear the bald Saiyan apart. He dodges his every move, while delivering brutal hits of his own in revenge for each of his fallen comrades. He even stands on Nappas head! Of course, when Nappa loses his temper and goes for Gohan and Krillin, Goku stops holding back and uses Kaio-Ken to break Nappas back. But at least Nappa has a caring friend like Vegeta to help him get some medical atten-...oh, nevermind.
