The Wayans brothers team up again in this comedy about a pair of disgraced FBI agents who pose as the two blonde heiresses they are charged with protecting. Not only do they wear blond wigs and adopt Paris Hilton-esque voices, but Shawn and Marlon Wayans also commit themselves to a complete transformation by sporting white masks and sexy outfits. As horrifying as these white chicks are, the physical effort the two comedians went through to portray them is enough to earn a spot on our top ten.

#9: “Sister Act” (1992)

Beside one of the most random ensembles of Hollywood’s finest, Whoopi Goldberg plays a lounge singer who goes into hiding as a nun after she witnesses her lover, played by Harvey Keitel, shooting one of his employees. What we just love about the comedy is how, in her short time as Sister Mary Clarence, Goldberg manages to fool an entire congregation despite her ill-hidden and sordid past. She’s also able to transform the tone-deaf choir into a Motown sensation worthy of a papal audience, and win over the heart of an aging mother superior.

#8: “Coming to America” (1988)

Released during Eddie Murphy’s golden years, this romantic comedy follows an African prince who travels to New York to find a wife of his choosing who will love him for who he is – and not his crown. And to ensure his future bride isn’t only interested in the good life, the prince goes undercover as an exchange student. Almost a modern day fairy-tale, this classic comedy features plenty of fish out of water jokes and multiple Eddie Murphys. It was also a huge hit at the box office and was even nominated for two Oscars – what more could you want?

#7: “Never Been Kissed” (1999)

In this rom-com, Drew Barrymore stars as a lonely copy editor who gets to dabble in investigative journalism when she is sent to her old high school as a student to research a story. While this film may not be full of superfluous gunfights or outrageous car chase scenes, it’s rife with awkward moments that make us laugh, cringe and commiserate. You might even enjoy the love story between Drew and her teacher; “Never Been Kissed” is a romantic comedy after all.

#6: “Blue Streak” (1999)

When it comes to going undercover in the line of duty, Martin Lawrence has a lot of experience under his belt. In this action flick, he plays a jewel thief who poses as a cop when he learns that the diamond he hid from his last job was built into a newly constructed police station. Pairing up with Luke Wilson, who doesn’t fail to give us that socially awkward charm we’ve all grown accustomed to, this buddy cop comedy features some of Lawrence’s funniest lines that have us laughing all the way through.

#5: “Miss Congeniality” (2000)

Top 10 Robin Williams Quotes That Will Make You Miss Him Even More

Although it’s pretty hard to believe that Sandra Bullock can be anything other than a graceful beauty, one of the biggest attractions of this movie was watching her transform from the plain uni-browed FBI agent to the shimmering Miss United States beauty pageant contestant in order to investigate a bomb threat. “Miss Congeniality” features an all-star cast from Candice Bergen to William Shatner to Michael Caine, who actually manages to play a very convincing pageant stylist. The film is fun at its worst moments and hysterical at its best.

#4: “Mrs. Doubtfire” (1993)

Top 10 Sad Moments in Comedy Movies

We’re pretty confident that every kid from Generation Y has not only seen this film but also loves it. And why wouldn’t they? Robin Williams spends an hour and half doing what he did best. He also kind of makes us wish that our dads were cool enough to dress up as an old Scottish nanny just to spend more time with us. You can’t put in much more effort than that. This is one of those movies that never gets old and is the role we’ll always remember Robin Williams for.

#3: “Kindergarten Cop” (1990)

In this ‘90s comedy thriller, Arnold Schwarzenegger plays a cop who goes undercover as a kindergarten teacher at a school that’s attended by the son of a drug dealer. While the idea of Arnie being responsible for a classroom of young children is initially more disturbing than it is funny, it’s actually Mr. Olympia’s total lack of fatherly instincts and less-than-gentle manner which not only somehow renders him irresistible to the single mothers, but also makes this movie so hilarious. In short, “Kindergarten Cop” is unforgettable and one of the action star’s better comedies to come out of the decade.

#2: “Tootsie” (1982)

Michael Dorsey is a talented actor, but there’s a problem: he’s got such an attitude and drive for perfection, his reputation precedes him. That’s a big part of why he’s still working his mediocre waiter job, and why he finally says enough’s enough. With the right wig, the right glasses, layers of makeup, and a totally revamped personality, Dustin Hoffman transforms into Dorothy Michaels, lands a coveted job on a soap opera, and turns his life upside down. But, as Michael soon learns in this critically acclaimed film, life’s no so easy in a dress after all. Before we unveil our first pick, here are a few honorable mentions: - “Undercover Brother” (2002) - “Big Momma's House” (2000) - “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” (2003) - “The Man Who Knew Too Little” (1997)

#1: “21 Jump Street” (2012)

Top 10 Hilarious Tasering Scenes in Movies

Many expected the remake of the ‘80s TV cop drama to have some comedic merit. After all, the film does star Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum as two overzealous yet inexperienced cops sent undercover to a high school to investigate a new street drug. But no one really expected the two actors to demonstrate such chemistry in the 2012 action comedy - or to dedicate themselves so fully to the hilariously physical slap-stick gags! “21 Jump Street” was such a critical and commercial success that a sequel – “22 Jump Street” – got the green light. The 2014 film received similar acclaim and earned even more in box office receipts. Do you agree with our list? What other undercover movie leaves you in stitches?
