These siblings are double the trouble. Join http://www.WatchMojo.com as we count down our picks for the top 10 evil twins in movies. For this list, we're only considering twins from feature films, where at least one of the pair must display evil tendencies.

Special thanks to our users Flyerdave, Jorge Alán and Brody Nicholas Eiffel Jay for submitting the idea on our Suggestions Page at http://www.WatchMojo.comsuggest

#10: Kate & Patricia Bosworth “A Stolen Life” (1946)

The incomparable Bette Davis pulled double-duty in this ‘40s flick as twins with romantic desires. Through a simple twist of fate, the innocent Kate finds herself betrayed by her good-time-gal sister named Patricia, who marries Bill – the object of both their affections. After the confused husband splits town for Chile, the sisters enjoy a little quality time together, but their days of New England bliss are turned upside down after one particularly troubling boat ride. These two sisters may appear innocent, but they’ll do anything for love.

#9: Si & Am “Lady and the Tramp” (1955)

They ARE Siamese and also mischievous, little rugrats. As the pets of jolly Aunt Sarah - voiced by Peggy Lee - Si and Am make life miserable for poor Lady and even threaten to heist a newborn’s milk. These two cats slink around like a couple of creeps, and clearly have little respect for the loving ways of Big Mama Sarah. With a false sense of importance, these pampered cats think it’s cool to spend time in picnic baskets, but in reality, they’re just a couple of bullies with aggressive-looking whiskers.

#8: Mischka & Grischka “Octopussy” (1993)

We know what you’re thinking. How tough can one be when you allow a frightened clown to deliver a painful groin shot? While James Bond symbolically flashes his license to kill, these two henchmen work for a Soviet General and literally throw knives in peoples’ backs. It’s not the most honorable way of doing business, but then again, we’re talking about twins who dress exactly alike. When it comes to fashion, Mischka and Grischka are the Harry and Lloyd of Bond villains, but they certainly know how to be evil.

#7: Niles & Holland Perry “The Other” (1972)

When Grandma Ada drops a little psychic knowledge on these boys, an idyllic New England town becomes ravaged by twin terrors. Arguably the creepiest twins on our list, Niles and Holland whisper to each other by day and wreak havoc by night – or so we’re led to believe. In reality, there’s more than meets the eye when it comes to the Perry boys, and their shenanigans don’t go unnoticed by locals. These twins are equipped with the ultimate trifecta of evil traits: creepy murmuring, disturbing stares and devastatingly bad haircuts.

#6: Maria & Frieda Gellhorn “Twins of Evil” (1971)

You heard the man. These twins literally had no choice but to become “Twins of E-VIL!” Played by buxom Playboy Playmates Mary and Madeleine Collinson, Maria and Frieda Gellhorn had one European count trembling with anticipation - but only one of the girls would be transformed into a bloodthirsty vampire. As if their identical and gorgeous appearances aren’t hard enough on men, one of them seeks love, while the other seeks MURRRDER! When dealing with literal twins of evil, it’s probably best not to roll the dice. Just walk away.

#5: The Twins “The Matrix Reloaded” (2003)

Imagine coming across these two fellows on the street. You might think, “Hmm, maybe these pale Rastafarians are in a band.” But that couldn’t be farther from the truth; these twins are stone cold assassins of the Merovingian who can literally pass through you. Despite their questionable dreadlocks, the twins boast GQ style and the have the convenient ability to heal their own wounds. It’s not easy to stand out among the characters of “The Matrix” franchise, but these two programs are hard to forget.

#4: Thad Beaumont & George Stark “The Dark Half” (1993)

It’s not uncommon for authors to use pen names, but it IS rather unusual for the alter ego to appear at your front doorstep and kill all your closest friends. In perhaps the ultimate pen name fail, Thad Beaumont symbolically puts George Stark to rest, however science wasn’t quite down with his faux procession. Unbeknownst to Thad, his twin brother passed away years before and secretly lived within the safe confines of his brain, naturally. It’s the ultimate “quirk” for an aspiring author, but this evil twin turned the quirk into a deadly lurk around town ending in death.

#3: Grady Daughters #1 & 2 “The Shining” (1980)

You know the phrase: “aren’t those twin girls cute?” NO. No, they are not. While these characters are actually sisters who are two years apart, the actresses playing these girls are real-life twins and subsequent media and literary discussions refer to them as such, so we’re allowing them on here. These twins are inherently creepy because they are literally dead. When novelist Jack Torrance temporarily moves his family to the Overlook Hotel, little Danny finds himself in a spacious wonderland for daytime pedaling. But once the smiley Grady daughters appear and invite him to play, the young boy discovers he’d rather do something more logical like talk to his imaginary friend named Tony. Was it the bloody hallway that turned you away, Danny?

#2: Duane Bradley & Belial “Basket Case” (1982)

It’s the question everybody wants answered: “what’s in the basket?” Well, Duane Bradley has a simple answer: “my brother.” There’s a reason that Belial is kept out view, and let’s just say that he’s not entirely happy about being cut off, literally, from his twin bro. This Siamese twin not only has strong feelings of anger towards a certain doctor, but also towards a nurse who befriends Duane. He’s an evil twin that can’t be unseen and his agility is rather surprising. Truly a basket case, Belial belongs in one. Before we unveil our top pick, here are a few honorable mentions. The Octopus “The City of Lost Children” (1995) Delia & Deidre Dennis “Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker” (2000) Jacki & Julian “Goodbye Gemini” [aka “Twinsanity] (1970)

#1: Beverly & Elliot Mantle “Dead Ringers” (1988)

Portrayed by distinguished actor Jeremy Irons and directed by the wonderfully bizarre David Cronenberg, these gynecologist twins love each more than anybody else. After one brother takes advantage of an unsuspecting actress, the other becomes paranoid with ideas of “mutant” women. Unable to control their desires or each other, the Mantle men descend into an uncontrollable downward spiral of madness. They’re dead ringers and by far the most evil twins ever seen in movies.
