Everybody's got a right to their opinion, but these people might want to rethink some of theirs... Join http://www.WatchMojo.com as we count down our picks for the Top 10 Celebrities With Crazy Beliefs. For this list, we’re looking at famous people who ascribe to wild conspiracy theories, hold religious beliefs that many consider bizarre, or have weird ideas in general.

#10: Phil Robertson

This ultraconservative reality TV star is known for his outspoken and politically incorrect views, and he’s often courted controversy with some of his remarks. Things got a little creepy, though, when he addressed the Georgia Sportsmen Ministry in 2009. The “Duck Dynasty” patriarch told the crowd the best time to marry a young woman is when she’s 15 or 16 years old. Since the age of consent in most states is between 16 and 18 years old, 15 is probably not a good age to find “Mrs. Right.”

#9: Kylie Jenner

Kylie Jenner has bought into the chemtrail conspiracy. She believes the government has airplanes that release harmful chemicals in the sky for some unknown, nefarious reason. A few hypotheses put forth by theorists include that the chemicals are there to exterminate human beings, or to destroy the honey bees that the ecological system needs to survive – yeah, makes sense. To share her views on the subject, the reality TV personality uploaded a photo on her Twitter page which was full of half-baked paranoia and grammatical errors, but nonetheless, it received more than 11,000 retweets and nearly 20,000 likes.

#8: Emma Stone

Top 5 Emma Stone Red Carpet Moments

We all have a grandparent who sends us five dollars on our birthdays, but for Emma Stone, this act apparently continues from beyond the grave. The actress told David Letterman during an interview that although she never knew her grandfather, his ghost goes around her house leaving quarters in random places. Why quarters? Apparently there’s some drawn-out story about her family and its relationship to the 25-cent piece. How can she tell that it’s her grandfather leaving them anyway? Were they covered in ectoplasm or something?

#7: Fat Joe

While hip-hop hasn’t had the best track record with the LGBT community, Fat Joe believes its members still hold a lot of influence in the industry. In an interview with Vlad TV, the rapper explained his theory about a “Gay Mafia,” a secret network of homosexual magazine editors, award show producers and others who work behind the scenes to advance their hidden agenda. For better or for worse, Fat Joe believes the group has enough power to encourage gay performers to come out of the closet.

#6: Kesha

Getting in touch with her spiritual side, Kesha has claimed she has had sex with a ghost. The singer says the amorous encounter took place while she was living in a flophouse in Rural Canyon, and she based her song “Supernatural” on the experience. But that’s not the only story involving ghosts and her private parts. On “Jimmy Kimmel,” Ke$ha went on record saying her vagina was haunted and required professional help to exorcise it. Hey, if this helps sell your music, then go for it… we guess?

#5: Steven Seagal

This action star and volunteer lawman is a strong supporter of the 2nd amendment, but he doesn’t trust the U. S. government to protect gun rights. In an interview on the RT channel, Steven Seagal shared his belief that the government was staging mass shootings as an excuse to enact gun control. Since mass shootings have been going on for years and Congress has no interest in taking on the issue, it doesn’t look like Seagal has anything to worry about. Besides, with moves like these, he shouldn’t have any trouble defending himself.

#4: Lady Gaga

It’s hard to stay creative in the entertainment industry, and Lady Gaga doesn’t want to take any chances. In a 2010 interview, she told Vanity Fair she was going through a period of celibacy. Why? Because she was afraid any potential sexual partners could steal creativity from her vagina. Who would have thought that her genitals would be the source of her inspiration? It also begs the question, once a guy steals the creativity in this manner, how does he then access it himself?

#3: Alicia Silverstone

This actress has a special way of preparing food for her infant son, Bear. A video released on Alicia Silverstone’s website showed the actress chewing up her son’s food before putting it in his mouth. According to Silverstone, this unconventional method was a way to help her son digest food until he was able to chew it on his own. We’ve heard of eating like a bird, but this is ridiculous. As if that’s not bad enough, she only gives her son vegan food. The poor kid.

#2: Jenny McCarthy

This former Playboy Playmate is a vocal critic of vaccines, believing them to be the cause of her son’s autism. She’s written a book and appeared on television to discuss the issue, telling parents not to vaccinate their children to avoid the risk of them developing autism. Her celebrity status helped stoke fears, but the facts don’t stand up to scrutiny. McCarthy has no scientific background and the study linking vaccines to autism has been repeatedly debunked over the years, so it’s no wonder McCarthy’s opinion on the issue has softened. Before we unveil our number 1 pick, here are a few honorable mentions. #1: Tom Cruise

The Church of Scientology has a reputation for brainwashing and intimidating its members, and Tom Cruise hasn’t helped this image. A devoted Scientologist, Cruise passionately defends his beliefs in the new religious movement during uncomfortable interviews where the actor often breaks into nervous laughter. One of the tenets of his faith is rejecting prescription drugs, and in 2005, Cruise stirred up controversy criticizing Brooke Shields for taking antidepressants to help her post-partum depression. He’s even suggested that psychiatry should be illegal because he considers it a “waste of time.” Do you agree with our list? Which celebrity do you think had the craziest beliefs?
