Two hundred years ago on August 3rd, 1811, brothers Johann Rudolf and Hieronymus Meyer from Aargau, Switzerland, climbed the 1st 4,000 meter peak in Switzerland, the Jungfrau mountain. 2011 marks both the 200th anniversary of this historic ascent and the 150th anniversary of Swiss mountaineering specialist MAMMUT.
