We've already counted down the moments you just couldn't resist pausing to fully experience, but with so many such movie moments to choose from we needed more! For this follow-up list, we've once again picked the spots in movies where you ask yourself: did I just see that? All before rewinding and pausing a million times just to make sure, as well as scenes you just had to stop and marvel at. #10: Where’s Ron? “Ghostbusters” (1984)

Kicking off our list is the pause-worthy moment that stars adult film legend Ron Jeremy! That’s right, the Hedgehog appears fully clothed when the Ghostbusters’ containment unit is shut down and blows its load all over the city. He only appears onscreen for a few short seconds, and doesn’t do much more than stand around and point, but observant fans marvel at this randomly low-key appearance.
#9: The Diggler “Boogie Nights” (1997)

Now we transition to a scene from a movie with Marky Mark as adult film star Dirk Diggler. Throughout the film, audiences are given nods toward the size of his tool of the trade. Shockingly, it’s only in the final moments of the film that Dirk finds his way to a mirror to give himself a memorable pep-talk. We’re sure viewers were caught off-guard and paused this scene to discern if the generously sized member was real. It wasn’t.
#8: The Shield “Iron Man” (2008)

Okay we’ll admit it, after Cap’s solo film in 2011 and “The Avengers” flick, it’s not that exciting anymore to see this subtle nod to the Captain. But, at the time this flash of Captain America’s unfinished shield on Tony’s desk was a welcome Easter egg that got longtime fans cheering and pumped with anticipation. Of course, they had to bring it back for a much more obvious cameo in the sequel.
#7: I’m Taller “Speed” (1994)

This one falls in the realm of sick curiosity. Like so many action films, “Speed” features a kill that is very sudden and very shocking. Of course that’s the recipe for viewers to rewind, stop the video and see what just happened! What we’re referring to is the outcome of the fight between Keanu Reeves and Dennis Hopper on top of a subway car. When you pause it, it’s pretty obvious Keanu had a dummy between his legs.
#6: Zipper Trouble “There’s Something About Mary” (1998)
Easily the funniest scene that everyone – and we mean everyone – has paused is this. When Ben Stiller plays a dweeb out to take his high school crush to the prom, he ends up looking like a peeping tom, which leads him to freak out and zip up his frank and beans. Others come to the rescue, but they just end up in stitches. Eventually, we too witnessed the damage, but only for a brief hilarious and pausable moment.
#5: Rolling Undercarriage “V for Vendetta” (2005)
In this scene, Natalie Portman’s been forced to pose as the plaything for a naughty pedophile Bishop so V can get close enough to take him out. She tries to save his life and rat out her masked captor, but the Holy man is too excited to listen. When she struggles to escape the rapist she performs a roll off the bed that had her male fans reaching for the remote.
#4: Thong “The Back-Up Plan” (2010)
If you were a guy suckered into watching this romantic comedy about a woman who gets artificially inseminated before meeting the man of her dreams, we feel for you. However it wasn’t all bad, as you probably grabbed the remote when Lopez’s thong-baring tush made a cameo. Actually, that was just a body double with an eight-month baby bump. Sheesh, this movie hates men.
#3: Topless Frames “The Rescuers” (1977)
In the previous most-paused moments top 10, we showcased some Disney, so we couldn’t go without showing yet another example of the shenanigans by studio animators. Here, a forgotten, and highly questionable test image of a topless woman was left hidden in the background of this children’s film. It can be seen when the mice hitch a ride on the seagull. You just know that pink slips were handed out over this.
#2: Legendary Cameo "Man of Steel" (2013)

With it's darker atmosphere and relentless action, there wasn't much reminiscent of the original Superman films to be found here. That is except near the end when Clark puts himself between Earth and the Kryptonian terraformer, which causes Henry Cavill to very briefly transform into Christopher Reeves!

Taking the top spot on our list are the paused moments featuring this ultimate movie Milf. When Anne Bancroft's seductive Mrs. Robinson refuses to take no for an answer, she decides to strip down and show the cowering Dustin Hoffman the goods. While the terrified youth is afraid to look for more then mere moments at a time, viewers enjoyed the godlike power granted by the remote!
