We just couldn't resist creating a part 2 of our Hottest British and Irish Actors countdown. These men didn't make it to part 1 but that doesn't mean they're any less handsome! We're talking about Luke Evans, Benedict Cumberbatch, Charlie Hunnam, Matthew Goode, Colin O'Donoghue, Ben Barnes, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Pierce Brosnan, Sam Claflin, Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Richard Madden.

Looking for your favorite British and Irish hunk? Check out part 1 of our list here! http://bit.ly/2hSqNwx

#10: Jonathan Rhys Meyers

This Irish hottie has been on our screens since the mid-‘90s but it looks like he’s barely aged a day. With his beautiful blue eyes and pouty lips, Jonathan has a devil may care vibe that often gets him cast in bad boy roles like Brian Slade in “Velvet Goldmine” and Henry VIII in “The Tudors.” Meyers is naturally sexy but he only makes it more evident when he picks up a guitar, and lets out his inner rock god like he did in “August Rush.” It’s not hard to believe that women would fight over him like in “Bend It Like Beckham” either. Who can blame them?

#9: Chiwetel Ejiofor

It’s not hard to believe he’d be husband material – cue Juliet and Peter’s love story. Since his “Love Actually” days, Ejiofor has become a much bigger name given his Oscar-nominated performance in “12 Years a Slave.” It’s clear that he’s a talented actor and no one wants to take that away from him, but his symmetrical face and impish grin can be distracting in the best way. The man looks good at all times, even when he’s rocking six-inch platforms and a killer red lip like in “Kinky Boots.”

#8: Sam Claflin

Still a relative newcomer as of 2016, Sam is a man we’re ready to see in a lot more leading man roles. Teen audiences have known about him thanks to his portrayal of Finnick Odair in the “Hunger Games” movies, where his easy going smile and chiseled physique made him a fan favorite. In most of his films, he’s been a supporting character but with the romantic comedy drama “Me Before You,” he’s shown that he definitely has what it takes to play a convincing love interest and lead. It was hard to watch that movie without feeling intense jealously towards Emilia Clarke.

#7: Pierce Brosnan

Someone who definitely lives up to his name, Brosnan has been piercing audiences with his intense baby blues since his days as Remington Steele, the role that launched his screen career. It also brought to people’s attention how Pierce would make the perfect James Bond, given his good looks, and ability to channel that “man of mystery” vibe. You can debate whether he’s the best all-around Bond, but it’s hard to argue that he isn’t one of the best looking ones. Since he retired from the role, Pierce has shown his range in taking more relaxed, fun roles like his character in “Mamma Mia!,” where he got to show off his singing voice. Hey, no one’s perfect but he damn sure looks it.

#6: Ben Barnes

Top 5 Myths about Famous Actors

Another guy we can’t wait to see more of is the ever-charming Ben Barnes. First brought to our attention with his role as Prince Caspian from “The Chronicles of Narnia” movies, he has stayed in our minds ever since. Classically good-looking and with a smoldering gaze, Barnes has the ability to be that boy next door or the bad boy type depending on his hair cut. It’s wise advice to get a guy who can do both, and Ben definitely fits that bill. With a role on “Westworld,” we’re hoping that the opportunity leads to more screen time for him, whether it be in the movies or on TV.

#5: Colin O’Donoghue

Oh captain, my captain! Colin has made his name with his portrayal of Captain Hook on the popular fairytale series, “Once Upon a Time.” You can’t get a much sexier role than playing a pirate, and Colin definitely has the swagger that comes with the territory. Over time, his character has gone from a villain-esque side character to one of the show’s biggest ships for his relationship with Emma Swan. He hasn’t done many other film or TV roles outside of the show, but he did give us another chance to oogle his good looks as the love interest in Christina Perri’s music video for “The Words.” We’ll take anything we can get!

#4: Matthew Goode

You can’t have a list like this without having the quintessential English gentleman, and Matthew fits the bill. From parts in dramas like “Brideshead Revisited” to rom-coms like “Leap Year,” he’s used that persona to be the romantic lead we all want. He’s charming and has the kind of looks that can be described as “dashing,” but he doesn’t let that go to his head. We’ve seen how down to Earth he is on his reality TV series “The Wine Show,”, and his personality just makes him that much hotter. We’d share a glass of wine with him anytime.

#3: Charlie Hunnam

We were this close to seeing Charlie bare it all as Christian Grey in “The Fifty Shades of Grey” movies but alas, some dreams aren’t meant to come true. But that doesn’t mean we haven’t appreciated him in all his other parts. Whether he’s playing bad boy Jax Teller in “Sons of Anarchy” or Raleigh Becket in “Pacific Rim,” Charlie is always a guy who’s in charge and he has the muscled physique to back it up. He’s made a career off of playing badasses, and it’s pretty hot to watch him in action. Some of it has rubbed off in real life, with Charlie claiming he scared off a burglar at his house.

#2: Benedict Cumberbatch

Some people don’t get his appeal, but we definitely do. From his perfectly quirky name to his gentlemanly persona, Benedict has become one of the most polarizing sex symbols of our time. He’s been compared to animals like the otter, but he’s always been a good sport whenever people poke fun. When you’re as talented as he is, and have a legion of fans calling themselves “Cumberbabes” or “Cumberbitches,” it would be easy for him to let the attention go to his head - but he remains as humble and gracious as ever. Next time haters want to go after him, just point them to his shower scene in “Star Trek Into Darkness” where he played the chiseled Khan. Before we unveil our number one pick, here are a few honorable mentions: Cillian Murphy Richard Madden Riz Ahmed

#1: Luke Evans

We had to give the number one spot to this gorgeous hunk of a man. Luke is one of the only actors who’s strapping enough to play Gaston, which makes him the perfect pick for the live action “Beauty in the Beast” movie. It helps that he’s got the baritone singing voice and swagger to pull off the character’s personality as well. Gaston aside, Luke’s been killing it with parts in other high-profile movies like “The Girl on the Train.” He’s ruggedly handsome in a way that most Hollywood stars aren’t anymore, and we wouldn’t mind seeing a lot more of him. Like a lot more. Do you agree with our list? Which guy makes you swoon? For more eye-candy filled Top 10s published daily, be sure to subscribe to MsMojo.
