Taking place seven months after the first game, players once again take on the role of Darth Vader's secret apprentice Star Killer. Following his death at the end of the first game, he has been cloned in order to create a much more obedient and powerful Sith Warrior. However, following his re-training by Vader, he discovers that he is a copy, and the only one not to have gone insane by the re-animation process. Enraged and remembering flashes of his former life, he makes his escape, and embarks on a quest to understand what he is and re-unite with his former love interest.
