Except that the Punisher and Daredevil weren't made under Disney's management. They might let them in, but that won't mean the shows will have the same quality under Disney's management. Same thing goes with Fox's IPs.

Many Disney movies has bombed so hard at the box office so it hardest to make a movie to become a hit.
