There was a glitch in one of the challenges included in the DLC, making it unobtainable. While the base game CAN be 100% completed, you won't be able to earn all the Single Player Pack DLC achievements.

It basically requires you to earn all the other achievements. Works on PS3, but the achievement on XBox 360 version is glitched, so even if you DID earn all the other achievements, it STILL won't unlock.
