Because he is greedy and ruins everything because of his greed. He doesnt take risks, has no ambitions and when he wants to bet bigger, he stuffs too many characters, storylines, and hires the worst writers for the job. In other words, the guy is a cancer. Sony Marvel Universe won't go far with him at the helm
