Killing Wrex on Virmire is a BIG choice, in fact is the first big choice you have to make in this Mass Effect. If you want to be a true renegade the only option you have is kill him, renegade Shepard only cares about the mission, Wrex is jeopardizing the mision, so do the math. Since the very beginning of this DLC you notice that something is wrong on this facility. Your mission is to secure the station and getting it back to work, but when you realize the atrocity that man is doing to his own brother for a "greater" good is hard to let things go back to normal, even if you want to be renegade Shepard.

This one puts your loyalty on the line, in order to gain Samara's loyalty you agree to help her to stop her daughter, but when you face Morinth you notices she's stronger than her mother your principal goal is to stop the collectors, Morinth is a better choice.

If you have done everything, wrong in the past Mass Effect this should be necessary. Krogans without the proper leading would become unstable, remember Wrex the badass Krogan from Mass Effect 1? Well if you killed him and you cannot convince Mordin, you are about to experiment the saddest scene on the Mass Effect trilogy.
