  • 25Lil Lightning for Attempting for Attempting to Steal Thunderbolt's Glory by Sending him into London for Nothing - 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure (2003)

Convincing Thunderbolt that the creators were planning to kill him off, and suggested that he do something heroic in a London to attract photographers to save his fame.

  • 33Chef Skinner for What he Intended to do to Remy - Ratatouille (2007)
Again, you and I donMt make the rules with what do and don't count in WatchMojo Lists, but this is my list, and I say the only thing I won't allow is stuff already mentioned in what's already been made into a video.
Will you please stop putting intentions on throw list. Intentions do not count because these villains never carried them out. What did he intend to do to rent?
  • 34The Ringmaster for Keeping Dumbo's Mother Locked up - Dumbo (1941)
How is that unforgivable. The ringmaster did this out of ignorance because he was unaware that dumbo was being bullied and that his mother was just trying to protect him
In recent times it's zoos and aquariums that are better for animals being looked after by us humans then circuses.
Of course the film is set during the early 20th century, back then not many people knew better with how to handle animals anywhere.
  • 35Shere Khan for Wanting Mowgli Dead - The Jungle Book (1967)
  • 36What Gantu had in Mind upon Capturing Lilo and Stitch that Wouldn't be Approved of - Lilo and Stitch (2002)
And it was established that Gantu only worked for hamsterveil because he needed money and he was only hansterveils lackey for monetary purposes. He stopped working for that guy in the Leroy and stitch film
But Gantu had redeeming qualities. He is not e stereotypical Disney villain you come across a lot. Plus myrtle the girl who bullied lilo did not have any redeeming qualities in he movie whatsoever
No because Gantu never carries out whatever he had in mind. Plus Gantu was not a true villain because he was just very impulsive and hot headed.
Tv spinoffs even show us that Gantu works for a gerbil (I mean hamster)-like alien called Dr. Jacques Von Hamsterviel, of whom Jumba once knew.
Who else is supposed to be the main villain? The fact that he worked for Dr. Hamsterviel in later appearances clearly proves he is one himself.

  • 39Kron for his Harsh Relationship with Aladar - Dinosaur (2000)
  • 40Thunderclap for What he Intended to do to Spot - The Good Dinosaur (2015)
But you are not making context out of the intentional. People who have not watched the movies will not understand what you mean by intentions
Although I with my own lists can sometimes mention stuff to not have posted about, and since this is one of my own lists, the only entries I won't allow are for those that've already been featured in the already existing WatchMojo video that already came to be since sometime last year.
I don't make the rules with what can and cannot be in lists, you don't either.
Intentions do not count because they are never carried out
