Directed by and starring Michael Moore, the often-controversial auteur/provocateur behind the Oscar-winning "Bowling for Columbine" and the Palme d'Or-winning "Fahrenheit 9/11," 2007's "Sicko" focuses on health care systems in countries like France, the United Kingdom, and Canada in comparison to that of the United States'.
