VOICE OVER: Rebecca Brayton
After forming in 2004, California band Young the Giant earned their stripes by playing almost every festival around. Within five years they were starting to see results, but they really exploded in 2011 with the single "My Body." Their music has since been featured on such popular shows as "Glee" and "Vampire Diaries" and has fans across multiple genres. In this video, http://www.WatchMojo.com chats with vocalist Sameer Gadhia from the band about their self-titled debut album. He tells us how it encompasses music they wrote as early as age 16, and we discuss the inspiration behind hit singles like "My Body" and "Cough Syrup." We even talk about the plans for their next album. For more information, click Here.
