World's Best Recipe for Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecan halves
Directions:
1. After preheating the oven to 350°F, beat together the eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla.This recipe is a classic, and the pie is a perfect and sweet end to your next family meal.
2. In the bottom of your prepared pie crust, arrange the pecans, and then pour in the mixture.
3. Now bake it for 1 hour. You’ll know the pie is done when you insert a knife one-inch from the edge and it comes out clean.
4. Allow it to cool, slice and serve with ice cream or whipped cream!
