Will gave the students the space to try out new things and fail in a way where they could learn from their mistakes. He did tend to worry about the future, which meant he could be too cautious in his choices. But he was always there for his students and willing to help. Like a Capricorn, Will was a natural born leader and wanted to succeed, sometimes leading him to forget the bigger picture. Leos tend to have notorious reputations, just like our pick for this sign, Rachel Berry. Like Rachel, Leos are known for their ego, giving off major main-character vibes. Even though she had the ego of a Leo, she was able to back it up with an unmatched amount of talent. Her attitude could be off putting to some, but she was loyal to the people she cared about and helped them succeed as well.
