Welcome to MsMojo, and today were counting down our picks for the RuPauls Drag Race queens that took their eliminations personally. Spoilers will be mentioned, so this is your official warning!

#10: Starlet

Yass-tonbury Festival

Being told to sashay away within the first few episodes isnt easy. On the fourth series of RuPauls Drag Race UK, Starlets stamped mug and pristine aesthetic made her an early favorite. A lackluster verse in the Yass-tonbury Festival girl group challenge led to a bottom placement, and ultimately, her elimination. After taking a moment, she eventually thanked Ru for making her dream come true and that it was time to find a new one. Though the words themselves were grateful, her tone made it clear she wasnt happy at all. She then turned and walked off without another word to the queens, before reportedly breaking down backstage. It was clear she hadnt been expecting the loss, and it hit her like a ton of bricks.

#9: Mariah Paris Balenciaga

The Snatch Game

Its always a shock to see an Icon get the chop. Considering her credentials in the ballroom scene and her lethal face card, it was a shock to both the audience and Mariah Paris Balenciaga herself when she found herself in the bottom. After losing to Delta Work in the lip sync, she managed to keep it professional up until her exit interview. She commented on both her feelings and the judges decisions in a collected, yet scathing way making it more than clear how much she disagreed with them. Though it signaled the end of her run, she did at least leave the fans with one last classic quote.

#8: Dahlia Sin[a]

Worlds Worst

A negative response to being eliminated is natural but some queens definitely take it harder than others. When Dahlia Sin became the official Porkchop of Season 12, it was obvious to everyone just how much it impacted her. She stormed off the runway without saying an exit line, even stopping the others from clapping for her as she exited. For several seconds, the only sound at all came from her heels as she stomped away, leading to an awkward energy and silence felt by everyone still on stage. She only spoke up again to say how angry she was and a cut back to the judges made it clear theyd heard every word.

#7: Art Simone

Snatch Game

Some moments remind you just how dramatic the art form can be. Even before being cast on RuPauls Drag Race Down Under, Art Simone was a successful and popular Australian queen. Many were ecstatic to see she was cast and were equally shocked when was cut after the second episode. Art herself was shattered, as she believed she was the best of the best. The bitterness finally came out when a producer tried convincing her that her being cast was an accomplishment on its own only for Art to respond that it meant nothing. It was a raw moment that showed how much it all meant to her and potentially what helped her return just a couple of weeks later.

#6: Ginny Lemon

Morning Glory

Its always sad to see a strong queen go especially if it wasnt RuPauls choice to eliminate them. Ginny Lemons kooky personality and eccentric sense of humor made them an immediate standout amongst the cast of the second U.K. series. The competitive environment wasnt for them, leading to a moment of Drag Race herstory. After landing in the bottom with Sister Sister, Ginny waited for the song to begin, before walking off without so much as a goodbye. Theyve made it clear they don't regret the choice at all but some fans argued that they threw away a golden opportunity and that they wouldve gone far had they stayed and fought.

#5: Thorgy Thor

Divas Lip Sync Live

There have been plenty of controversial eliminations throughout the franchise, particularly when the contestants themselves make the final call. When the third Season of RuPauls Drag Race All Stars was announced, people were ecstatic to see the return of Thorgy Thor. Many were certain shed do well until the second episode aired. Each competitor was given a diva to impersonate, and both viewers and Thorgy herself clocked that her character had less to it. This resulted in her being in the bottom, where she was sent home by Shangela. The exiting queens response was straightforward and admittedly bitter but in this case, we cant say we blame her.

#4: Raven

Grand Finale

It must sting to make it so close to the finish line, only to fall short at the very end. During the second season, Raven and Tyra Sanchez were neck-in-neck up until the finale. When the latter was announced as the champion, Raven managed to hold it together in front of the judges. However, her real feelings were made known in Untucked, when Tyra got a look at the mirror message shed written. It was a scathing read of a goodbye, telling the winner shed never be a star. Though it may have aged well, in the moment it revealed just how bitter Raven was about missing out on the crown.

#3: Gia Gunn

Snatch Game

Theres a reason shes regarded as one of the franchises biggest villains. Gia Gunn has never been shy when it comes to making her opinions on other queens known. When she finally got the chop after a rough Snatch Game, she used her final moments to insult her fellow contestants one last time. She bluntly insulted them all as she walked off, but she didnt stop there. She then ranted in her exit interview about how they were doing drag wrong. It was clear it was coming from a place of hurt, but it was still wild to see someone use her last moments on screen to viciously tear down the rest of the cast.

#2: Arrietty

The Villains Roast

Though its one of the more recent departures, it confirmed her status as the mean girl of the cast. Despite her talent, what Arrietty really became known for in Season 17 was her controversial exit. Rather than leave a sweet or encouraging mirror message behind, she instead opted for a much angrier response. She directly insulted Onya Nurve, and made a cutting jab about a health concern she had been privately insecure about. This turned a private issue into a public spectacle on a national level. Onya was understandably upset, and even the other queens were shocked that Arrietty had stooped so low. Though the eliminated contestant confirmed she and Onya were good, the damage to her reputation was already done.

#1: Phi Phi OHara

Revenge of the Queens

It must be tough coming back for redemption, and leaving with an even worse reputation than before. Jaremi Carey formerly known as Phi Phi OHara returned to All-Stars for its second season, and even made it to the midpoint of the competition. This wasnt without plenty of drama forming between JustJaremi and fellow competitor Alyssa Edwards, with it all coming to a head during the fifth episode. Alongside Tatianna, Edwards ended up being one of the deciding factors in the drag performer going home. The eliminated contestant then made it a point to ignore Alyssas good-bye in favor of hugging everyone else something the Southern queen made sure to point out. It was a telling exit that made it evident that Jaremi still had some growing to do.
