VOICE OVER: Samantha Clinch WRITTEN BY: Ty Richardson
Kelso and Jackie were the best on "That '70s Show." For this list, we're looking at the funniest, sweetest, and most romantic moments between this unforgettable on-again off-again couple. Our countdown includes Kelso's job interview, Jackie's favorite doll, "Kiss any girl you want," and more!

#10: Kelso’s Job Interview “Eric’s Burger Job”

Top 10 Times Kelso was the Best Character on That '70s Show

When the boys decide to try getting jobs at Fatso Burger, it’s pretty clear that Eric would be the only one capable of nailing it. While Hyde and Fez don’t stand much of a chance to begin with, Kelso fails the interview in the most embarrassing ways possible. Upset with losing the job, he complains to Jackie, who tries to calm him down. Of course, she knows the best way to do that is to focus his mind elsewhere, on her. Yeah, just a casual flirt will usually get him to shut up! And sure enough, the two make out…until Fez kills the mood.

#9: Preparing for Miss Dairy Princess “Eric’s Stash”

Jackie is psyched to be competing in the upcoming Miss Dairy Princess pageant. But she needs a little help from Donna, Fez, and most importantly, Kelso. First off, it’s great that her boyfriend is being supportive of this endeavor. What we weren’t expecting, though, was for him to be a brutal coach who demands speed, precision, and confidence. While going through the categories, Kelso doesn’t coddle Jackie, putting her on a strict time limit and flat out telling her she can’t sing. It’s okay, girl! He’s not telling you what you want to hear, but he is telling you what you need to hear!

#8: Kelso’s Promise Ring “The Promise Ring”

When Fez accidentally spills the beans on Kelso’s plan to get Jackie a promise ring, she becomes extra giddy. To her, such a gesture means the world, and she can’t wait one more precious second for Kelso to give her the ring. Pretty soon, her want escalates, becoming an outright demand. The whole situation goes down in a typical Jackie fashion: aggressive and almost insulting. But it’s incredibly hilarious to watch her temper boil over. Sure enough, Kelso gives her what she wants, and the moment is actually adorable in a uniquely “Jelso” way. But couldn’t they have done it in a more romantic setting?

#7: Jackie Gets Sick “Hyde Moves In”

After a night of skinny-dipping with the gang, poor Jackie comes down with an illness. It’s a good thing she’s got a boyfriend like Kelso to visit and cheer her up! However, there’s a wild surprise waiting for him when he does. Jackie has her face covered with a pillow, because she doesn’t want him to see her without makeup. But he sweetly convinces her to lower it, and discovers something that he finds rather shocking: she looks different! His reaction is pretty over-the-top, exaggerated, and vain. But the way the scene is played up is also absolutely hilarious!

#6: Jackie & Hyde, Together Again “Join Together”

Though he hadn’t been with Jackie for a while at this point, this was still a rare act of selflessness from Kelso. With Jackie and Hyde on the outs, Kelso becomes determined to get the two back together. Now, he could have very easily tried to sway the situation his way, but the fact that Kelso talks to both of them about their breakup is super thoughtful. Sure, he causes some miscommunication. Still, we have to give credit where it's due, because this was a bold move! And it was nice to see him put his own feelings aside to mend Jackie and Hyde’s relationship.

#5: Getting the Kelso Babies Back “Kelso’s Career”

Jackie refuses to give Kelso any money, and demands he find his own way to get her a nice Valentine’s Day gift. The only problem is that Kelso is too dumb to hold a job, and doesn’t seem to want to work hard in order to make cash. But after Eric tells him about a sperm bank, he sets out to earn the easiest payday he’s ever earned. Upon learning this, Jackie drags him all the way back to retrieve his donation. But the reason she’s upset is actually nice, as we find out she’s thought about bearing Kelso’s babies. We’re not crying, you are!

#4: Jackie’s Favorite Doll “The Velvet Rope”

Jackie’s parents are out for the night. With them gone, she and Kelso take the opportunity to have the night to themselves. Kelso, being the lovable doofus that he is, lets Jackie put makeup on him to get him all prettied up. This eventually leads to him wearing a cute dress, and the two dancing together – until her parents pull into the driveway. Her father barges in on the two and proceeds to attack Kelso, and it all spirals into a typical maddening dad versus boyfriend situation. But hey, the makeover was cute while it lasted!

#3: The Stuffed Animal Fiasco “Eric Gets Suspended”

Top 10 Most Relatable That '70s Show Moments

Jackie and Kelso find themselves butting heads here, but it results in one of the most iconic scenes in the entire show. See, he won’t allow her to inject a little bit of herself into his van’s decor. In her defense, keeping only ONE stuffed animal in the glovebox is a raw deal, but anyway… Kelso ends up standing firm in his decision, which ultimately results in Jackie walking back home. He then spends the rest of the episode hilariously telling her to get in the vehicle, before relenting and agreeing to her terms. A slightly different version of the inverse scenario plays out during the end credits, and it’s just as funny!

#2: “Kiss Any Girl You Want” “Love, Wisconsin Style”

Jackie desperately wants to get back with Kelso. To sweeten the deal, she tells him he can kiss another girl to make up for her prior infidelity. She even goes out of her way and decides to select a woman for him to lock lips with! Alas, Kelso feels the pressure and has a hard time deciding under Jackie’s conditions. Defeated, she eventually tells him to choose whoever he wants. Surprisingly, he kisses her, making it clear she’s the only one he wants. The wild marriage proposal that happens after ruins the moment, but it was still super adorable until then. Before we unveil our top pick, here are a few honorable mentions. #1: Their Dance “Prom Night”

Also in:

Top 10 Funniest Late Night Talk Show Moments

Prom night is, understandably, a stressful time for teenagers — especially Jackie and Kelso, who are broken up at this point. With him taking Pam Macy as his date, she winds up going with Hyde. As you can imagine, things kind of escalate from there. Hyde confronts Kelso — telling him that both he and Jackie still have feelings for each other — before leaving with Pam. Thus, “Jelso” makes up and shares a romantic slow dance. We know the song becomes a little frenetic and upbeat. But it’s okay, just go with it and enjoy this beautiful moment.
