Harley and Ivy put other DC couples to shame. Welcome to MsMojo, and today we're counting down our picks for the times Gotham City's power couple had us laughing, swooning, or crying on “Harley Quinn.” Our countdown includes Harlivy's first kiss, best V-Day ever, best couple, and more!

#10: The Eat Bang Kill Tour “Harlivy”

After the season 2 finale of “Harley Quinn” saw Harley and Ivy finally get together, fans were clamoring for the next chapter in their story. But it would be two years before we got to catch up with the new lovebirds. The long wait was well worth it because the third season began with the “Eat Bang Kill Tour.” After a hilarious exchange with Jor-El’s hologram in the Fortress of Solitude, the newly dubbed Harlivy kicked off a wild honeymoon-esque trip. And with Harley in charge of the itinerary, that meant lots of wild, crime-related fun, including stealing Wonder Woman’s invisible jet, running up Gordon’s credit card, and more than one kidnapping.

#9: Harley Hypes Up Ivy’s Supervillainy “Harlivy”

Top 10 Things You Missed in Harley Quinn Season 3

The aforementioned Eat Bang Kill Tour ended with Harley’s surprise trip to Ivy’s Garden of Edin, spelled with an “I”. But the plant goddess does not respond well…at first. The lush oasis reminds Ivy of her failed plan to terraform earth and repair the centuries of environmental damage caused by humans. Being the supportive BFF/GFF that she is, Harley lovingly convinces Ivy to embrace her true evilness and enact her original plan of terraformation. However, Harley didn’t realize her encouragement would lead to the destruction of Gotham, or that she’d be willing to put her life on the line to protect the city, forcing Ivy to abandon her plan.

#8: Supporting Each Other’s Different Paths “The Horse and the Sparrow”

One of the many reasons fans love the “Harley Quinn” series is that Harley and Ivy’s relationship only grows stronger as they face issues as a couple, like differences in personalities and past dating history. But by the end of season three, Harley’s increasingly heroic behavior sends her spiraling into an identity crisis. Fearing her new desire to help and not hurt people will ruin what she has with Ivy, she keeps denying the truth. But when she finally opens up, Ivy praises Harley’s growth as a person, assuring her that their love will remain solid. This heartfelt moment is a wonderful example of a healthy relationship, something neither have truly had until they got together.

#7: Dr. Quinzel Befriends Ivy in Arkham Asylum “All the Best Inmates Have Daddy Issues”

In season 2, we flashback to Harley’s former life as Dr. Harleen Quinzel working at Arkham Asylum. Instead of rehashing the “Mad Love” origin story with Joker, the episode focuses on the first time she meets another inmate and future romantic partner. Poison Ivy, fully in her dark villain era, isn’t a fan of humanity at this point. But after unintentionally helping uncover the location of Joker’s planted bomb, Dr. Quinzel gives her a plant. Ivy later saves her from Joker and the rest is history. The simple gesture was the start of a beautiful friendship turned romance with some much-needed therapy in between.

#6: Best Couple “The 83rd Annual Villy Awards”

Top 10 Darkest Batman: The Animated Series Moments

When Harlivy is nominated for the Best Couple at the Villy Awards, Harley wants to show her fellow villains how madly in love she is with Ivy. And even though Ivy loathes socializing, she agrees to attend for the sake of her excited girlfriend. When they get to the ceremony, Ivy’s anxiety hits the roof, while Harley’s on a mission to win at any cost. In the end, they both realize they’ve been selfish, especially Harley, who’s still learning how to stop comparing her relationship with Ivy to the toxic one she had with Joker. Their mutual apologies further prove the strength of their bond. Of course, Harley and Ivy decide to bail on the Villys only moments before they’re announced as the winners.

#5: Ivy’s Elaborate Plan to Save Harley from Joker “Til Death Do Us Part”

In the first episode of the series, we see Joker successfully escape Batman while Harley Quinn gets sent to Arkham Asylum. After months of waiting for Mr. J, it’s obvious to everyone but Harley that he has no plans to retrieve her. Ivy breaks out of Arkham and takes Harley back to her apartment but despite her efforts, the lovesick harlequin can’t, or won’t accept the truth. Riddler helps stage an ultimatum for the Clown Prince of Crime. Given the choice between saving the life of his so-called girlfriend versus Batman, Joker unsurprisingly chooses his longtime obsession/nemesis. Harley plummets into a vat of acid but thankfully, it’s simply margarita mix. The over-the-top plan perfectly displays Ivy’s unwavering love and support for Harley.

#4: Meeting Their Future Daughter “The Most Culturally Impactful Film Franchise of All Time”

When Ivy fails to stop a frustrated Harley from irresponsibly using the Time Sphere, they travel to 2048’s post-apocalyptic Gotham City run by the tyrannical Damien Wayne. They’re captured by a rebel resistance and, to their shocking delight, the group’s led by their grown-up daughter Neytiri. The name, which she gave herself, is inspired by Zoe Saldaña’s Na’vi character in the “Avatar” franchise. Harley and Ivy poke fun at the name but spend the rest of the time fawning over their offspring. But Neytiri betrays her future moms, blaming them for everything, including the apocalypse. This episode is all about their communication issues and funnily enough, they repair their relationship while fighting their daughter. It’s hilarious, violent, and endearing…which is Harlivy in a nutshell.

#3: Best V-Day Ever “A Very Problematic Valentine’s Day Special”

When it comes to celebrating her love for Ivy, Harley Quinn goes all out, so their first Valentine’s Day as a couple had to be the best. She takes Ivy to her favorite restaurant, Mama Macaroni, stages an elaborate face-off, and enlists Etrigan to conclude the night with bespoke fireworks. While Ivy has a blast, it’s not the reaction Harley wants, so she does something characteristically extra that causes a rather unique city-wide disaster. After all the craziness, Ivy recalls her best V-Day, one spent behind bars in Arkham Asylum. She was at her lowest point and a surprise visit from Dr. Harleen Quinzel, stolen chocolate milk in tow, made all the difference. It’s a heartwarming end to a truly bonkers episode.

#2: Harlivy’s First Kiss “There’s No Place to Go But Down”

After Two-Face convicts Harley and Ivy of murdering Oswald Cobblepot, aka the Penguin, they’re sent to Bane’s Peña Duro North Correctional and Rehabilitation Facility. Their plan to break out of the Pit fails but when they get a second chance to flee, Harley attempts to sacrifice herself, telling Ivy to enjoy a life with Kite Man. She saves Harley at the last minute and the adrenaline rush of their death-defying escape, plus a lot of pent-up feelings, leads to a passionate kiss under the stars. Yes, it took nearly a season and a half but Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy finally locked lips. Luckily, it was just the first of many. Before we unveil our top pick, here are a few honorable mentions. #1: Riding Off into the Sunset "Something Borrowed, Something Green"

Following their epic kiss, Harley knows she’s in love, but Ivy is still in denial and intends to marry Kite Man. Harley plans a perfect bachelorette getaway and while they’re partying it up on Themyscira, the two find themselves in bed together…twice! However, this only leads to more panic and avoidance on Ivy’s part. On the big day, a disinvited Harley crashes the wedding to stop Commissioner Gordon from heroically arresting the villainous attendees. Disaster ensues and a distraught Kite Man calls off the marriage indefinitely. As they’re fleeing the fiery scene, Ivy finally confesses her love for Harley, cementing their chaotically romantic relationship, a long-awaited moment for Harlivy shippers everywhere.
