At first these two members of “Team Flash” don’t have any extra abilities to speak of, until Cecile discovers that she can read minds. While sometimes disconcerting, the newfound ability just makes this commanding couple even more so. Although, depending on what he is thinking, Joe may sometimes wish he had the ability to run really fast like one half of another power couple on the show, Barry and Iris. Given the love that bonds Joe and Ceclie though, we think they’re probably at their happiest side by side.
