Our first item on the menu is the local campus hangout for the students of Bayside High. Distinct for it’s tiled color scheme and extreme 80/90s vibe, it’s the spot where everyone, including the School’s sports team- the Bayside Tigers would go to hang out and grab a bite. It was also the go to destination for all campus life, including dance offs! Best of all it’s named after and owned by a magician!

Situated in the small town of Bon Temps, Louisiana, this grill is the focal point for all of the show’s sexy and not so sexy monster madness! Seriously though, while guys may not have been outspoken fans of this teen drama, there’s no denying the allure of this welcoming television hotspot. A place for the cast to shoot the breeze and relax, it was unique for sitting side by side with its counterpart “The Peach Pit After Dark” where older generations could watch live music.

On the surface, “The Chicken Brothers” is just another fast-food restaurant chain serving fried chicken across the southwestern United States. Owned and operated by Gustavo Fring, it claims to use the finest ingredients brought together with love and care that’s slow cooked to perfection. Oh, and it’s also a front for an enormous methamphetamine operation. But don’t mind that, try the biscuits.

This diner is the unforgettable rest stop of deep space. Attached to a gas station, this is where Lonestar and his pal Barf occasionally stop in for a bite. Exactly what you would expect from a diner on the road, it, like all our favorites it screams 80s with its décor, from its Juke Box to waitress uniforms and its booths. While we would love to dine there for the atmosphere, we can’t recommend the special!

If one area stood out from Marty’s trip to the far future, the year 2015, it was this retro eatery! A nostalgic Hill Valley diner, it’s covered in Miami Vice colors, automated monitors that feature 80s cultural icons take your order. You got to love the inclusion of Jackson music, ultra retro arcade machine, and some of the coolest product placement you’ve ever seen.

Next up is the animated restaurant under the sea where Spongebob slaves away making those irresistible Krabby patties. A greasy fast food joint for the sea creatures of Bikini Bottom, it’s run by Mr. Krabs, with Squidworth as his cashier. Because there aren’t any other dining options in Bikini Bottom, customers of the Krusty Crab are often subjected to both vicious price gouging and the ridiculous antics of it’s burger flipping cook. Also, nobody seems to mind the irony involved in eating in a restaurant shaped like a lobster trap.

This instantly recognizable coffee shop never existed anywhere but a Hollywood set in LA. However following its success, many cafes tried to mimic it, and a restaurant chain opened up to blatantly cash in on its fame. What’s not to like about a cozy hang out spot with a couch that miraculously never taken even though the shop is always full. Before we unveil our top pick, here are a few honorable mentions.

Taking the top spot on our list is the fictional coffee shop and favorite hang out of Jerry, George, Elaine and Kramer. The exterior used is that of Manhattan’s “Tom’s Restaurant”, though the sign was cropped. As you can imagine, the interior was filmed on set in California. As part of the gang’s routine, its hard not to feel like we were seated at the dining booth as well, debating the many trivialities that plague our favorite character. Agree with our list?
