VOICE OVER: Emily Brayton WRITTEN BY: George Pacheco
Did you catch these easter eggs in Finding Nemo? For this list, we'll be ranking the coolest, most memorable or well hidden cinematic Easter Eggs presenting within the Disney/Pixar films "Finding Nemo" and "Finding Dory." These hidden references need to be in the finished film, so anything which was only showcased in the trailer will be off limits for now.

#10: TL59 "Finding Dory" (2016)

You'd be easily forgiven for missing the first Easter Egg on our list, as it's pretty obscure and hard to find, unless you know where to look. One of the supply pipes in "Finding Dory" is labeled TL59, which is a reference to the "Finding Nemo" submarine ride at Disneyland. The ride originally opened in, you guessed it, 1959 in Tomorrowland, and was simply titled the Submarine Voyage before being branded with the "Nemo" name in 2007. Today, it's known as the "Finding Nemo" Submarine Voyage ride, so this Easter Egg was just a little bit of tribute to the OG.

#9: Alexander Gould "Finding Dory" (2016)

Fans waited over a decade for a sequel to "Finding Nemo," with many of the original cast returning to reprise their roles. Unfortunately, this meant that Alexander Gould was unable to voice Nemo in "Finding Dory," as the actor's voice had changed due to puberty. Thankfully, we have this Easter Egg to serve as a nice little tribute to Gould. The actor was hired to participate in "Finding Dory" as the voice of a truck passenger named Carl, who appears near the end of the film.

#8: WALL-E "Finding Dory" (2016)

Top 10 Small Details You Missed in Wolf of Wall Street

Sometimes, it's the small things in a film that can stand out with repeated viewings. Actually, make that very small things; so small in fact that just about anyone could miss it the first time around. If you look very carefully during the scene in the aquarium, you can spot a "WALL-E" calendar way off in the far-right corner of the screen. Sure, it's a small detail, but a welcome one, especially for Disney/Pixar fans who are desperate for as many in jokes and references to a shared universe as possible.

#7: Dentist Office Toys "Finding Nemo" (2003)

The Dentist Office sequence in "Finding Nemo" is chock full of cool Easter Eggs, one of which is a scene in the waiting room which features a treasure trove of Pixar goodness. There's a kids' play area in the office with a toy chest full of action figures and such, one of which happens to be Buzz Lightyear, from the "Toy Story" franchise. Eagle eyed viewers can also spot Pixar's Luxo, Jr. and Little Mikey, the stuffed toy belonging to Mike Wazowski from the "Monsters, Inc." universe. Not a bad toy stash, if we do say so ourselves!

#6: Sunny Atlantis "Finding Nemo" (2003)

We're staying in the dentist's office for now, this time looking specifically at the scene's fish tank. Longtime Pixar fans might be familiar with the company's 1989 short "Knick Knack," about a snow globe snowman desperate for a little fun in the sun. The "Sunny Atlantis" mermaid from this short adorns the bow of a sunken ship inside the dentist's fish tank as a sort of mascot or good luck charm. It's a nice and satisfying way to continually reference Pixar's past while they continue to press forward to new and original ideas.

#5: Fluke & Rudder "Finding Dory" (2016)

We realize that it's hard to imagine a connection between something as family-friendly as "Finding Dory" and the hard-hitting, gritty HBO series "The Wire," but bear with us, ok? The characters of Fluke and Rudder may be outstanding sources of comic relief in the film, but the pair are voiced by Idris Elba and Dominic West, both of whom appeared on the groundbreaking dramatic series. "Finding Dory" director Andrew Stanton actually admitted that he'd cast the pair together on purpose, to facilitate a reunion of sorts, making this perhaps one of the strangest Disney/Pixar Easter Eggs around.

#4: Boo's Drawing "Finding Nemo" (2003)

Top 10 Inside Out Easter Eggs You Missed

There are a number of references to the "Monsters, Inc." universe in the dentist office scene in "Finding Nemo," including a fun little fish mobile hanging above the patient chair. It's the same mobile from Boo's room! This isn't the only thing of Boo's to be found hanging around Dr. Sherman's workplace, either, although this one is a bit more challenging to spot. You have to follow Darla's line of vision as she points to a wall on the office. She's actually pointing at a child's drawing, which is the exact same one we saw hanging in, you guessed it, Boo's room!

#3: Pizza Planet "Finding Nemo" franchise (2003-)

At this point in the Disney/Pixar universe, it should be a given that we should try our best to follow that Pizza Planet delivery truck on all of its journeys. Sure enough, Pizza Planet makes an appearance in both "Finding Nemo" and "Finding Dory," although usually in blink-and-you-miss-it cameos. In "Finding Nemo," the truck is seeing driving by quickly as Gill is concocting an escape plan. Pizza Planet's appearance in "Finding Dory" is a bit more distressing, as a wrecked version of the truck can be spotted on the ocean floor when Marlin, Dory, and Nemo run into the Giant Squid.

#2: A-113 "Finding Nemo" franchise (2003-)

Top 10 Pixar Easter Eggs That Teased an Upcoming Movie

Our next Easter Egg is similar to the ever-present Pizza Planet truck, in that the sequence A-113 has appeared in nearly every Pixar film to date. The letter and numbers represent Classroom A-113, where many of Pixar's animators first studied while enrolled at the California Institute of the Arts. In "Finding Nemo," it's the model number of the camera used by a scuba diver, while in "Finding Dory," the sequence appears twice. It can be seen as the combined tag numbers worn by both Fluke and Rudder, and is also the license plate number of a truck seen later on in the film. Before we name our number one pick, here are a few honorable mentions! Pixar University School of Dentistry "Finding Nemo" (2003) For the Birds "Finding Nemo" (2003) Lava "Finding Dory" (2016)

#1: Mr. Incredible "Finding Nemo" (2003)

Top 10 Awesome Easter Eggs You Missed in Soul

"The Incredibles" is one of Disney/Pixar's most beloved, fan-favorite franchises, and our number one Easter Egg is a nice nod to the patriarch of that most super of heroic families. Mr. Incredible can be seen in what has been one of most popular scenes here in this list, Dr. Sherman's office in "Finding Nemo." A young boy can be seen reading a Mr. Incredible comic book while waiting his turn for treatment. It's one of the many fun tidbits to be found in that film's particular scene, while also serving as one of the seemingly endless series of references Pixar just loves to include in their universe.
