Top 10 Dance Moms Stars: Where Are They Now?
VOICE OVER: Emily - WatchMojo WRITTEN BY: Mandy Anne Lutman
We've been thinking about the "Dance Moms" stars. Where are they now? Let's find out! Our countdown includes Paige Hyland, Kendall Vertes, Mackenzie Ziegler, and more!

#10: Paige Hyland

Paige has hung up her dance shoes since abruptly leaving the show in season 4 following her mother’s spat with Abby. After appearing on the series, she sued Abby for emotional abuse and distress. The lawsuit wasn’t successful, and after some time and plenty of behind-the-scenes healing, Paige was able to move on - as did her sister Brooke, who also left her dancing days behind. The Hyland sisters are still in touch with former cast members and seem to cope with their painful past by turning it into hilarious TikTok videos.

#9: Brynn Rumfallo

Brynn was branded as a possible new Maddie from the moment she stepped into the Abby Lee Dance Studios. However, her time at “Dance Moms” wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows as her mom kept on getting into conflict with the rest of the moms. After the show, Brynn continued to dance professionally, and even appeared in a YouTube show called “Boss Cheer”. She also became a competitive cheerleader at her high school’s team and continued to show off her passion for dance. Brynn has mixed feelings about her time on “Dance Moms”. Although she made a couple of YouTube videos about the show, she seemed to have moved on from her reality TV experiences.

#8: Kendall Vertes

Kendall’s time on “Dance Moms” was full of ups and downs. Over the years on the show, we saw her find her own voice, quite literally. But there’s more to Kendall than meets the eye. Since leaving “Dance Moms”, Kendall found her passion for golf and she even made her high school golf team. During the show, Kendall was heavily involved in making music and has even recorded a yet unreleased album. Her turmoil with her former dance teacher caused her to drop Abby as her music manager. Along with singing, she has pursued other interests, like acting and partnerships with multiple companies. Though she seems to be mostly dancing for fun, she continues to stay in touch with her former cast members.

#7: Asia Monet Ray

Asia was known as the diva of the “Dance Moms” world. With her energy and impressive skills she was able to bring sass and personality to every dance routine, which is precisely why she became Mackenzie’s biggest competitor. After “Dance Moms”, Asia got her own reality show called “Raising Asia”. She became more than a triple threat artist, proving she can dance, act, sing, and model. Nowadays, Asia continues to release music as well as upload singing covers on her YouTube channel. She’s had several smaller TV show and movie roles and has even appeared in “Grey’s Anatomy”. Although dancing is no longer her biggest priority, it seems like she’s able to look back on her past with fondness.

#6: Kalani Hilliker

During Kalani’s time on the show, her mother Kira threatened to leave several times - but she always came back. Despite her mom’s rocky relationship with Abby, Kalani was able to make quite the name for herself in the dance world. She now has an impressive social media following, along with her very own sock line called ‘Pretty Feet by Kalani’. She also had a few acting roles over the years and was a judge at the “Miss Teen USA” competition. However, it looks like Kalani no longer dances professionally and sticks to dance classes at various studios around Los Angeles.

#5: Nia Sioux [aka Nia Frazier]

Nia was often referred to as the true underdog of the show. She launched her music career while she was still on “Dance Moms” and kept going after her time on the show ended. Among many other accomplishments, Nia performed in an off-broadway show called “Trip of Love” and later landed a role in “The Bold and The Beautiful” soap opera. She was also a 2018 Winter Olympics correspondent and did plenty of creative work in front of the camera and behind the scenes. And yes, Nia is still dancing, although much like her other cast members, she left the competitive dance world behind.

#4: Chloe Lukasiak

Chloe’s history with “Dance Moms” is definitely a painful one. Or should we say, her history with Abby Lee Miller. It’s no secret that Chloe was put through a lot at the hands of her dance teacher, but it didn’t stop her from reaching her dreams. She’s got several movie roles and even released her very own book called “Girl on Pointe: Chloe's Guide to Taking on the World”. Although she’s able to appreciate most of her “Dance Moms” experience, she admitted several times that the show, and her dance teacher’s treatment, left her with a lot of trauma that she's been healing from every day.

#3: Mackenzie Ziegler

Always staying in the shadow of her sister Maddie, Mackenzie had to prove she’s her own person throughout “Dance Moms”. And she definitely did so when she launched her music career. Although Abby was initially involved with her music career when she went by the name Mack Z, Kenzie later signed with another record label and completely cut ties with Abby. She did tours, booked acting gigs, released more music, and continued to dance. In 2018, she also appeared on “Dancing with the Stars: Juniors” as a contestant and even danced with her older sister. And in 2020, she had her own duet with Sia on the song “Exhale”. Looks like little Mackenzie really spread her wings and found her passion!

After the show, Maddie’s relationship with Abby Lee Miller took an interesting turn - and by the looks of it, the two are no longer in touch. But that didn’t stop Maddie from reaching higher goals. Interviews, acting gigs, brand sponsorships, make up, and, most importantly, working with Sia, catapulted Maddie into A-list Hollywood stardom. She even landed a role in Steven Spielberg’s “West Side Story” remake, set to release in December 2020. Although she’s moved on from competitive dancing, Maddie admitted she still enjoys performing. She may have moved from the top of Abby’s pyramid, but it looks like she only climbed higher and higher.

#1: Jojo Siwa

Jojo can be considered one of the biggest underdogs of “Dance Moms”. Although she proved she was an amazing performer, she often clashed with Abby due to her loud personality. She abruptly left “Dance Moms” in season 6 after she got an opportunity to sign a unique deal with Nickelodeon. That deal helped her reach her impressive stardom level and take over the hearts of kids around the world. These days, Jojo has an impressive alleged net worth of 12 million dollars as of 2020. She continues to inspire with her outgoing personality as she makes music, tours around the world, and entertains everyone with her YouTube channel.
