  Latin pop sensation Shakira is no stranger to The Sexy, nor has the Columbian native ever shied away from singing in her native language. Her clip for "Chantaje" exemplifies both of these notions, as Shakira is joined by fellow Columbian Maluma for a video which makes the best out of both artists' red hot sex appeal. The song, which translates to "Blackmail" in English, may be a "battle of the sexes" tale lyrically, but the chemistry between the two artists is clearly evident within their performances. Of course the fact that "Chantaje" grinds with a body-moving beat doesn't hurt either, with this video proving that Shakira's hips certainly still don't lie.

  Moving from one sexy video clip to another, "Used to This" from Atlanta-based rapper Future makes the best out of its wardrobe budget, as it outfits the supporting extras in matching sets of short 'n sexy soccer uniforms. "Used to This" balances out footage of the ladies soccer team stretching, scrimmaging and playing with Future's main verses, while Drake joins in on the chorus before dropping a verse of his own. The end result may be a simply executed video, but one which nevertheless received over twenty-seven million views during the month of November.

  Although sections of The XX's video for "On Hold" do feature a some sporting themes similar to that of "Used to This" from Future, the similarities go no further, as the clip's low-fi aesthetic and quick editing style often bring to mind New Wave and pop music influences from the 1980s. Vocalist/guitarist Romy Madley Croft even sings into a pay phone at one point, as "On Hold" intercuts sequences of love, lust and intimacy amongst its young actors. The overall feeling is sexy at times, but also melancholic, as The XX evoke memories of loss and regret here in this visually striking music video.

  Speaking of retro, practically everything about the video for Foxygen's "Follow the Leader" screams "old school," from the intentionally washed-out style of the clip's photography, right down to the California's indie rock band's note-perfect take on classic 70s soul and disco. The cast of "Follow the Leader" also seem to be having a great time performing here in the clip alongside Foxygen, as they take the song's title somewhat literally in their copycat dance moves, mimicking lead singer Sam France. Meanwhile, France's dead-on Van Morrison impression and the track's massive-sounding orchestral accompaniment makes "Follow the Leader" a video clip which begs for repeated viewings.      

  Can't get enough of the hit Netflix series "Stranger Things," or its breakout young star Millie Bobby Brown? Then you owe it to yourself to check out "Find Me," the latest video clip from the British drum and bass duo known as Sigma. The video is a first person pantomime featuring Brown's expressive physical performance as she sings along to Birdy's main vocal track to the song. Meanwhile, Sigma's liquid beats drive the song's point home, as Brown lip-syncs passionately to the frenetic, ever-moving camera lens. It's a simple, yet effective clip to an equally effective track, a memorable drum and bass tune with emotion to spare.      

  Style, style and more style. This is often the operative word when describing just about any K-Pop video, but Zico's latest, "Bermuda Triangle," is a bit different from the ultra-colorful and vibrant world of the Korean pop charts. The rapper, producer and leader of K-Pop boy band Block B comes correct on this new single, embodying the traditional hip hop grit but coating it with a fresh paint ofneon-lit style. Sure, one could perhaps label the scenes of money, fame and aggressive posturing more than a bit cliche, but Zico, to his credit, pulls it off with unquestionable swagger.

  Sometimes, all you need is love. This is what's exemplified in John Legend's video clip for "Love Me Now," the debut single from the passionate songwriter's fifth album, "Darkness and Light." The video is touching and positive in its depiction of love crossing all cultural boundaries and translate into any language, as couples of all races and persuasions are shown expressing that love to each other. Legend, his wife Chrissy Teigen and their daughter Luna also appear in the clip, bringing a little positivity to the world with the song's inspiring message of love and acceptance.

  "What if." This is the question asked by The Lumineers on their video for "Sleep on the Floor," as the clip presents a series of events which happen to a grieving young woman, who is swept away from a wake by a family friend. The couple go on an epic road trip of self discovery, having adventures both good and bad, before falling in love along the way.  The video ends with a close-up on the woman's face back home as she continues to contemplate her decision and what the future holds. It's an affecting and emotional piece of mini-cinema that tugs at heartstrings and provokes some serious contemplation for the viewer.      

  Is it just us, or is it getting hot in here? The "Slumber Party" single from Britney Spears' 2016 album "Glory" arrived armed with a considerably steamy video, the sort of erotic fantasy fiction one might see on Cinemax late at night. The plot is simple: insert Ms. Spears into an elaborate pleasure mansion situation, complete with lingerie, masquerade ball costumes and plenty of skin. Next, add in the song's lascivious lyrics, double entendres galore and Tinashe’s minimalist attire and you have all of the ingredients necessary for some good, friendly naughty fun.   Normally, one might be inclined to shun product placement within a music video, but when the clip in question is from the visually progressive rock group OK Go, fans are more than a little forgiving. This is because the band has made a career out of creating unique one-take videos to accompany their music. "The One Moment" is no exception, as OK Go collaborated with Morton Salt and their "Walk Her Walk" movement of positive change to create a video which was shot in only 4.2 seconds. It was then slowed down to showcase the band's exploding of color-filled props, set in time to the musical rhythm. It's fun, impressive stuff with a great message to share along the way.
