Welcome to MojoPlays, and today, we’re taking a look at the 10 Most Powerful Characters in Lego Games! For this list, we’re looking at the most powerful, unstoppable, and invincible characters from across the Lego video games. Who do you think is the ultimately mighty Lego character? Did they make the list? Sound off in the comments below!

Superman

Superman 64 VS E.T. Atari: Battle for the Worst Game Ever

“The Lego Movie Videogame” (2014) & “The Lego Movie 2 Videogame” (2019) Of course old Supes had to be on here, and the obviousness is why we’re just getting him out of the way. I mean, come on, this is SUPERMAN we’re talking about! You know, the guy whose only weakness is a rare material that isn’t exactly native to Earth? The guy who can create powerful winds with his super breath, melt just about anything with his laser vision, and instantly freeze any object? He may not have all of those powers accessible in the “Lego Movie” games, but given the fact that he’s also one of the Master Builders, we aren’t going to question anything.

Dumbledore

“Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4” (2010) We can understand why one might expect to see Lord Voldemort on this list instead. He Who Shall Not Be Named Yet Has Been Named Anyway wields some strong, dark magic, but in gameplay terms, Dumbledore is the stronger candidate. The Hogwarts professor may not be able to speak Parseltongue or use dark magic. However, his intelligence makes him a useful character to have. With access to almost every spell right out of the gate along with the ability to read hieroglyphs, he certainly proves more useful than any of the other characters in “Years 1-4”.

Interdimensional Being

“Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues” (2008) Many of us would prefer to scrub “Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” from our minds, but when talking about strong Lego characters we can’t exclude the Interdimensional Being. When playable, the Interdimensional Being doesn’t do much aside from pushing bugs away and, you know, being immortal and beating anyone with a single hit. As a boss, though, she can unleash a devastating heat ray to off you quickly! So, yeah, “mess with a mythical being from another dimension” is nowhere on our bucket list.

Dragon Wizard

“Lego Worlds” (2017) Kind of odd seeing a character from “Lego Worlds” on here considering the game isn’t as heavy in combat as your standard Lego game. And yet, here we are with the Dragon Wizard. Honestly, he doesn’t do anything particularly noteworthy nor does he sport many abilities. Even so, you don’t need to be too versatile to be considered a threat. The Dragon Wizard can launch fireballs, dealing a hefty amount of damage to just about anything breakable, be it object or person! He’s very much a character that should be feared.

Darth Sidious/Palpatine

“Lego Star Wars” series (2005-) Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise? Well, you won’t ever hear it when old Papa Palpatine is in the room! Those wrinkles are nothing more than a disguise for someone so agile and merciless as he. Even without all the jumping, lightsaber tricks, and of course, the Dark Side of the Force, we all know why Palpatine is considered a total threat - it’s the dang Death Star! Face it - the guy controls a weapon that’s capable of blowing up planets! All he has to do is press a few buttons and get a few hundred soldiers to help operate it...and also make sure nothing gets shot down a very specific hole that could obliterate the entire station. ...Okay, maybe he’s not that powerful.

Sauron

“Lego The Lord of the Rings” (2012) & “Lego The Hobbit” (2014) All shall bow before the Dark Lord! ...Until he shrinks down and becomes a cute minifig like the rest of us. Sauron is definitely deserving to be on this list. This is a warrior that has wreaked terror all across Middle Earth and has struck fear into the hearts of many. If only his might was put more into the player’s hands, but you know - can’t break the game! In his playable state, Sauron is only powerful enough to break Morgul bricks and light dark rooms. Kinda lame, but hey, at least we got to witness his abilities in the game’s story, right?

Jack-Jack

“Lego The Incredibles” (2018) Anyone who has seen the “Incredibles” movies knows exactly why Jack-Jack is on here. While not all of his powers from the movies carried over into the “Lego Incredibles” game, the baby is still something to be scared of. Along with laser eyes, teleporting, and levitation, Jack-Jack can transform into different states. Whether he sets himself on fire, duplicates himself, or morphs into some hideous monster, Jack-Jack proves that even the smallest heroes can become unstoppable. Just think of all the other things he might be capable of!

Indominus Rex

“Lego Jurassic World” (2015) What do you get when you take the DNA of a T. Rex and mash it together with that of a tree frog and a cuttlefish. Well, you get the pale nightmare that is the Indominus Rex. Yeah, “Lego Jurassic World” already gives you a handful of mighty dinos to toy with, but this dude is the strongest of them all, and we aren’t just saying that because of the “T. Rex” part of his genetics. Unlike the original Tyrannosaurus, the Indominus can cause just as much destruction while also camouflaging itself. You definitely don’t want this one breaking from its cage!

The Ghost Characters

“Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy” (2006) & “Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga” (2007) Everyone knows there is no way to really kill a ghost, and that’s precisely why we’re throwing all of the ghost characters into one entry. Whether you’re playing as Anakin, Yoda, or Obi-Wan, you’re not just given a new Jedi to play as. Now, you have immortality, so there’s no way for you to actually die...unless you throw yourself off the map, of course. However, enemies will no longer try to attack you, making combat a breeze. Basically, you’ve become the Force itself! You control everything, and there isn’t anything that can stop you!

Stan Lee

“Lego Marvel” series (2013-17) Thanos may have the Infinity Gauntlet, and Galactus is, you know, an oversized dude with an insatiable appetite, but they have nothing against Stan the Man! Sure, they might be bigger. However, Stan Lee wields a buffet of powers borrowed from several other superheroes like Hulk, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Phoenix, Magneto, Mister Fantastic, and many, many more. He’s like the human Swiss army knife of the Lego games, and out of every game Traveler’s Tales has made, there just hasn’t been a character more versatile, more powerful as he. Excelsior!
