Holiday Drink Recipes with Gin

The holidays are for having fun and what better way to do this than indulge in a few drinks (as long as it's in a responsible manner, of course!). Bombay Sapphire gin is especially great because it's so versatile and can be used in many different cocktails. In this http://www.WatchMojo.com video, Mile Public House mixologist Manny Vides shows us the recipes for three alcoholic drinks that are sure to spice up your holidays: the Merry Maple Collins, the Winter's Apple and Bombay Cranberry Delight. MERRY MAPLE COLLINS


1 ½ oz Bombay Sapphire
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
½ oz Pure maple syrup
Soda or sparkling water
Ice

METHOD: Add Bombay Sapphire, lemon juice and maple syrup into glass. Add ice and fill with soda until 2 inches from the top. Mix the ingredients with a spoon and then fill rest of the way with soda.

GLASS: Collins

GARNISH: Rosemary spring

THE WINTER’S APPLE or SAPPHIRE POMMES D’HIVER


1 ½ oz Bombay Sapphire
3 oz Apple Cider
Grated cinnamon
Ice

METHOD: Add Bombay Sapphire and apple cider into rock glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.

GLASS: Rocks glass

GARNISH: Apple Slice and/or cinnamon stick

BOMBAY CRANBERRY DELIGHT


26 oz Bombay Sapphire
1L Red Cranberry Juice
1L White Cranberry Juice
1L Orange Juice
1L Lime Juice
6-12 oz Freshly squeezed Sugar Cane Syrup

METHOD: Add fruit to punch bowl. Mix all ingredients in bowl and let sit for 1 hour in fridge before serving.

GLASS: Punch Bowl; rocks glasses

GARNISH: 2 oranges cut in wedges; 1 cup of fresh cranberries; 6 cinnamon sticks; 12 star anise; 3 apples cut in slices

ICE: Keep ice in a side bowl for individual glasses
