Damn it Glootie, you had one job. Today, we're looking at some easter eggs and callbacks from Rick and Morty Season 4 Episode 2!

"The Old Man and the Seat" "dropped" a load of great references and call-backs. Welcome to WatchMojo and today we're breaking down Rick and Morty season 4 episode 2.

#3: The App Has a Real Website

In this episode, Rick is off on his own while Jerry co-develops a Tinder-style dating app called LoveFinderrz. IRL you can goto the app's website LoveFinderrz.com. Luckily, there is no world-ending dating app, instead its a simple site that displays various classic Rick and Morty quotes. Looking at the site's code we can see there are a total of 114 quotes that can display, but none of them seem to have real significance. The most interesting thing we found was a line of alt attribute code displaying the phrase "Jerry Was Here!!!!" This is probably Jerry's only contribution to the entire app. What a loser.

#2: QR Code in Rick's Hat

While tracking down a sandwich delivery robot, Rick poorly disguises himself as a Robot Lieutenant Commander, with a QR code on his funnel-helmet instead of insignia. Obviously this isn't something you could miss, but we took the extra step of scanning the QR code so you don't have to. The code takes you to the Rick and Morty store where you can buy a replica of Rick's helmet. Very meta. Sadly, the QR code on THAT hat just takes you back to the same site. Boo!

#1: Missing Bully

If you watched Season 4 episode 1 "Edge of Tomorty: Rick Die Rickpeat", you'll remember the new bully that threatens to kill Morty. Last we saw of the un-named Bully, Morty sent him floating off into the sky like some common thief or movie talker. In episode 2's post-credit sequence we learn that the bully likely didn't survive, as just behind the butter robot is a milk carton with a missing kid notice and the bully's face. We honestly don't have must sympathy as the bully was actually a psycho who was capable of murdering Morty in many gruesome ways. Then again Morty also murders lots of people in that same episode so there you are.
