it have been considered as a musical disney wannabe with most of the characters and aesthetics, but generally has some fascinating fantasy elements, strong animation and great soundtrack that most of the songs stand out on their own. In a way, this film became a nostalgic cult following

technically this movie was not originally made by WB ANIMATION since it was made by Turner animation, but when Post-production, the studio merged and transformed into WB animation Division, so technically counts as a special wb animation movie
