Critics over the years have questioned the song's lyrical meaning, mainly its namesake line. Ben Westhoff of L.A. Weekly dissected the song, writing that its lyrical content "makes zero sense." What IS that way, and why do they want it? Nevertheless, the song hints nothing of airplanes or screaming fans%u2026but who cares? It's BSB in their prime.

We know that scrub is a guy who thinks he's fly but AKA buster, but what does that have to do with outer space%u2026well, we'll just leave it to the 90's to explain. This song is often considered one of TLC's signature tracks, but the video couldn't get more abnormal. But let's just say that the song was found on an album called "FanMail".

I think we're all too distracted by the video to ever pay much attention to the lyrics, but in any case, there are about two seconds of some dude we're supposed to think is the love interest...right? The walkaway here is school girl outfits and high kicks.
