The very first pokemon battle most people ever had, and for some people the only one in equal conditions (both pokemons in level 5, with 1 ofensive and 1 unofensive moves, none of them with elemental advantage). And the last battle, the biggest chalenge in the first games, the final confrontation between the big rivals.

An epic battle, the style and cracyness of Dante vs the serenity and quickness of Vergil, not to mention Vergil literally blocks any raged attack, forcing a pura swordfight (of course, this description doesn't concider the player using alternate meele weapons)

Even if this game is not too well known, is one of those gems from the original Wii. The game had some minor flawls, but this duel was not one of them. In fact, it was a perfect conclusion for the story (at least that's how you concider it while playing it)

Some may say it was a tedious fight, but it's not true, that's how an epic adventure should finish, with a one on one battle between the hero and the villan. Not to mention, it forces you to use most of your learned moves.

Leon vs Krauser [With knifes] (Resident Evil 4)

When no mystical powers, ultra-advanced tecnology or parasitic monsters kick in, one can't expect much, unless it's a resident evil game. 2 old frenemies fighting to the death with combat knives, making this a battle of pure force. (some people hate quick time events, but if it wasn't for them, this battle wouldn't have been so enjoyable)
