Not really a weapon, but its boosters releases electric bombs that hurt both allies, enemies and the player. So in some cases it is a weapon.

Consumes like 4 rockets(more than average E-tech launchers!) and projectile do not explode and instead shoots rockets in random directions. It may be useful against enemies in groups(especially Loaders since it's corrosive) but useless against single targets(even badasses).
