Focusing more on consoles(read - android/iOS), no AAA titles(except for PES series), they fired Hideo Kojima, they treat employees like they are nothing and they ruined Silent Hill and Metal Gear Solid games with new releases.

They lie about gamers(accuse PC gamers for massive piracy, like 93%), they force gamers to stay on line using inferior UPlay thing, even when these games are avaible on Steam.
