There were malfunctions and it rarely worked with any games in 3D for the Saturn, and was also responsible for the bulkiness of the Original Xbox Controller

Meant for fighting games on the Genesis, it was really meant to have 4 buttons just like the SNES Controller, but /Sega wanted Six.
