Agreed. Norman's scary smile and "The Mother's" chilling monologue was probably the most terrifying moment in the movie for me. It even beats the infamous "Shower scene".

Not your typical horror movie. Very few jump scares, highly suspenseful, real-world issues and drama, and a very ominous villain. Can't watch alone.
