This strange bearded man, dressed in purple (or blue) in the Legend of Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link, has nothing to offer other than that his name is, "error."
Tingle is a weirdo, and his famous quote when you encounter him, or he gives Link a map, along with glitter being thrown, makes him even more weird.
