I'll have to be honest here: This anime has become a fanservice sensation rivaled by pretty much no other harem/ecchi anime in popularity, and the queen that delivers the most of this fanservice is Rias, so if you make a list of hot anime girls, and don't include her among the first 10, consider the list an epic failure.
