Of all of the celestial dragons, he is the one that made the worst impression. Shooting Hachi, while cheering is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to his bad deeds. We only wish Luffy would have punched a lot more, despite how satisfying that moment was

The way he treated Robin made him despicable, but what made him even more frustating was given how weak and clumsy he is.

He killed King Neptun's wife and is a downright racist, however the worst thing about him, is that he is trying way too hard to be evil. Comparing to other villains in the series and Hody is far more forgettable.
