To be... charitable, we can't FULLY blame the producers for this as they were working with unfinished source material at the time of production. Could the end result have been different if the material WAS finished? Maybe, maybe not.
Sigh, well, at least we have House of the Dragon.

Star vs The Forces of Evil is a great show... or it would be if it weren't for two flaws. 1. The series tailspins during the 4th and Final Season. And 2. It ends on a sour note. What's it gonna take to fix this? A retcon or alternate ending? Hell, it worked for Samurai Jack in the video game, Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time.
