While Pat Morita reprised his role as Mr. Miyagi and some of the philisophical elements taught us valuable lessons, everything else just didn't work out. The house sitting, Dugan's group and poorly written script were all unbelievable. The monks might have been nice, but they had no place in a Karate Kid movie.

If we were disapointed by X-Men III: The Last Stand, this was worse. Lets be thankfull this did not stop any further reboot attempts as we were gladly treated to X-Men First Class
