Season 3 first has him join the Blitzkrieg Boys, though they weren't evil at the time. He then tries to join BEGA later the same season and when that failed he returned to the BBA Revolution, albeit not officially.

Yuji is honestly a nice guy, the problem is that he's confused about whether he's more human or Orphenoch, whether protecting either side is just, or whether either side is just at all, not to mention Kusaka mucking up any chance of him permanently becoming friends with Takumi, he allies with the main characters as much as he goes against them.

Agents of Shield: Started off as a tortured soul forced and trained to become evil while on the good guys side, switches between ally and enemy no one wants in season 2, before becoming a flat out villain whose body gets hijacked in season 3.

Obviously, Vegeta has to make this list. Evil because of Frieza, ally-ish, good, then dickish, good, evil, not truly evil, good ish, only by Super does he pick a side. Plus in GT, unintentional brainwashing.

Didn't know right from wrong, tried to turn good, turned good until the villains fought her down, got mind raped to be evil by her father for 15 episodes, turned good while admitting her feelings for Mana after fighting her several times and officially turned good in the last 3 episodes. Took a damn while.
